70Extremely rude and clearly can't be bothered doing there job and can't even be bothered giving all the food you pay for
Total chaos not one person organised in getting the orders out, I counted 5 people that ordered after me and receive there food whilst I’m watching my order sit on the bench for 10min waiting for the rest of my meal while my burgers were getting cold. They stand next to each other and just gossip on what there plans are for the weekend. I canceled my order and got my money back.
Saturday night and Busy busy busy but all under control.
Drive thru was full and the queue was out of the carpark so decided on counter service. Thought it'll be ages considering the queue of cars and the pretty full order board but I was out in under 10mins.
Good sized pieces of chicken that were still hot by the time I got home.
Service was excellent but the table wasn't cleaned and rubbish evident on the floor. Food was OK but a bit salty.
I bought Zinger box large on 27th March drive tru. I paid with credit card. The guy at the window charged me 28 dollars for it. I only realised after I went home upon checking my online banking. I was not given a receipt so I cannot dispute to show proof.
Need some improvement of quantity and quality of food.what they advertise at least served a reasonable quantity of food because we pay for the food, its not free right.
The employees were packing up an hour before closure so we had to put some seats down. Food was G tho.
Fast Food? Waited 25 mins for chicken and chips what an oxymoron. Obvoiusly better management, more staff and if required more equipment. A sit down meal at the pub is faster than this place.

This is a typical KFC however the staff give the impression it's a real unpleasant task to serve customers
I bought a pack of family feast buger and addotional 6 nuggets. There are 6 nuggets included in the family pack. When i isked the girl at the counter about nuggets she showed me. But when i get home and checked the aditional nggets were not rhere. I tried t call the Rivwille KFC few tmes. But did not answer. I am living in Glen Waverley and i was not able to go back that far to collect that. This happenned today (17.01.2023) @ about 8.50 pm. Order was under ´ THALATH W´.
One time we got salty original receipt chicken, seems staff put salt on chicken twice. Staff at drive through are friendly though.
Extremely busy store & drive thru always a long wait. They really need the double lanes here. Food always good
The food here was amazing and continues to be great.the staff will always take your order either with a smile or with a cold hearted smile.
Waiting in line for so long.order was wrong and they said it was screen fault you have to wait again so just left so many people working but just standing around. Never going back there.
There was no potato and gravy in the giant feast that I bought for lunch. My MIL was very dissapointed
They might miss items when you order online such as drinks. I have had this happened to me a couple of times. Though the food quality is fresh most of the times yet sometimes you might get not too fresh chicken when you pick up your order.
UPDATE: They keep missing items from the order placed via their KFC App so please be wary about ordering through their App.
How can you guys get the order wrong? Asked for a twister with lettuce, got a zinger twister with slaw. No serviettes given for a very saucy twister. Terrible service, check out guys are slow and have no idea what they're doing during drive thru.
Ordered a ultimate favourites box from here & it was yummy. The stuff were warm & friendly. The atmosphere of the takeaway restaurant was clean & inviting
