Drive through order and everything was correct. Waited a few minutes for the chips which I was happy to do as they were super fresh. Friendly staff too

Well done to all the staff there the service was amazing they made it all easy and made me feel so comfortable, the food was cooked to perfection unlike other places you might find the chicken to oily or soggy, it was so yummy and delicious

The children that work there can't do the brand justice, order my food, double check my order, by asking if my order is right, drive away, order wrong. Seriously it's simple but not for KFC children, too busy talking with each other. Lucky 2/5 stars for me.

KFC is great or it's nowhere. This experience met expectations! Dropped a star because they didn't ask if it was eat in or take away so unnecessary packaging just went in the bin. And the wicked wings didn't pop.

I ordered the KFC through apps at 6pm, clicked that im inside the restaurant. At 6.15pm, my order never shown up in the system, checked with the staff, she asked me to wait, the order being prepared.

Wait another 15 mins, I asked another staff, they couldn't find my order on their system. I've to shown them my email order confirmation and again they asked me to wait.

By 6.45, i still cant see my order being prepared, again I checked with the staff and he told me again he cant see my order on the system and then another staff told him that my order was on another system. Great.they know it and nobody bothered to prepare my order, despite i've been in there waiting for almost 1 hour.

By the time they prepare my order and I checked everything, they forgot my 2 coleslaw. Good job KFC Rowville. It's unforgettable experience you've given to me!

Not sure if this is always or I was just lucky. But tonight was the best kfc I've had in a while. Everything was fresh as and hot. Chips were crispy and salt on point. No holding back on the sauce for the burgers. Keep up the good work!

Young vloke who operated the drive thru at around 11am on 20/2 needs to communicate a lot better whenntaking orders. I provided my very basic order and he took what seemed to be 5-10 seconds to reapond.

In order to give KFC Rowville a review any better than the worst possible, I need to find out why, inexplicably, this seems to be the only KFC where customers regularly can't ever get their order taken at the counter. Twice now, we've stood there for almost 30 minutes just waiting to order. Being busy is fine. Taking a long time to be served your order when it's busy is fine. But not even being able to order? !?

Never on time. A few times already, I ordered on the app before I left home and clicked “I’m here”. I went to the store but still need to wait for 20 minutes before I could pick up my order. During this 20 minutes, the staff member confirmed my order 3 times.
Hey what’s the point to have an app? Isn’t it give you time to plan? Why you can find out what I ordered from the order number?
The only answer is poor management.

Kfc rowville, very disappointing that I had 2 chips in the menu (photo attached) whereas there was one in the box. I am sure you would not expect me to come back for a missing chip.

Very very disappointing as everybody cannot check items in a drive through. You have the order number in attached photo which was literally from 19 mins back. This is the time I take to reach back home.

The experience is pretty poor today.

My partner was food poisoned by one of the burgers and was sick all night he had given it to my dog and she was also chucking up

Went to get a 10 pack of chicken and was told I can get a burger because they have run out of regular chicken. LOL at 1.30pm on a Tuesday

Always the preparation except the new girl did not know the parts of chicken nice service keep up the good work.very good for parties big orders thank you i will always go there

Rowville store has always been sub par. From regular order mistakes to poorly cooked (so oily) food. Had one time our whole kitchen bench was wet from oil soaking through the box. Thought we'd try the app. And they still got order wrong with missing items. And forget about trying the drive through during dinner hours, it's usually backed up all the way out onto the road causing traffic issues. At least McDonald's next door put a second drive through to avoid this danger. I've tried, put will no longer be purchasing from this store in any way.

Service was good even during the 6 pcs for $6.95 promotion. Chicken was not too oily. A good neighbourhood restaurant to have.

Very long drive-through line and still had to wait in the waiting bay. My burger was average and flat. The chips and rap were ok

There's nothing beautiful about being hungry, getting a takeaway from this store, driving home 10 minutes after to see a fried feather attached to 1 of the chicken wings. Thanks guys, I will never have KFC again.

Omg today's foods were horrible, the zinger chicken doesn't cook well and the tenders very very very salty, I always went here once a week but if this kind of service continue I'll change my mind seriously the raw chicken digusting n the tenders inedible 5 Aug 2021

Poor customer service, multiple error in just one online order, wait more than 30 minutes for drivethrou and finally received wrong meals.
Disappointing

Asked for zinger got a fillet burger asked for a 3 piece box got 3 breast pieces was only 2 customers infront of us and we waited 30 mins then when we told them it was wrong had to wait another 10 mins for them to fix the order and then it was wrong again happened last time we went i don't want to go back customer service was okay they were nice but i don't get how hard it is for such a small order gotta learn to read the screen and be faster pls thanks
