KFC Rowville

I love KFC, im on the road a lot so sometimes stop at this store but compared to other stores the chicken on the zinger burger is always sorta chewy/gristly and has a weird texure to it, never like this at any other store. Will try again in the next few months and see if anything has improved.

App took my order but store told me they r out of potato and gravy. Left with gravy. Explain they r closing. It’s 8: 35pm n closing time is 10pm. I request to have chip and the gravy. It was denied. I can only pick one according to the staff!

This is a very busy kfc. But unfortunately somtime the chips have no salt or they fill very little cops in to the boxes. Need to be more consistent with their service.

The latest wicked wings is my favorite. I ordered it from a few outlets throughout my area. But definitely the wicked wings in rowville tastes greatly better than other outlets like Glen Waverley outlets. Not sure the cause of it. Definitely same supplier, but could be the time taken to fry is different from outlet to outlet. And maybe also how busy the store is. Anyway, the wings are WICKED.

They always have the chips boxes half Empty
No Matter how many times you tell them
Compared to other kfc’s where they don’t cheat with the customers
Oh yea a large chips costs them. 65 cents
They charged 4.95
And you get half empty
. 65 cents is when the box of chips is not half empty

Food is subpar to other kfcs staff is young and a bit arrogant but it is what to expect from Rowville

They might miss items when you order online such as drinks. I have had this happened to me a couple of times. Though the food quality is fresh most of the times yet sometimes you might get not too fresh chicken when you pick up your order.

Since this is pretty much a drive-thru only place now, I had hardly any delay between the car in front & me receiving my order. Wings were deliciously crunchy & the chips were super hot. Maybe the current climate means smaller cooking batches with higher turnover but either way, great job!

Long wait if you want a large order of chicken 20+ minutes also not willing to change chicken variety to your liking if its in a deal

Initially we headed for the drive through bit that was overflowing into the street so we parked and went in instead. They were really busy. The service was friendly and fairly quick considering how busy they were. We had a tenders box and burger boxes. All the food was hot and nice although the chips were soggy and unsalted. The store is #accessible and has clean toilets. There's plenty of seating inside and a bit of parking outside. It's part of a fast food precinct. #letsguide

Have only been here half a dozen times because I've only recently moved to Rowville but so far it has been good my order is always correct and the staff always seems friendly enough

Spending 20 bucks and then giving feedback on their website go get their free chips and drink reward was the best decision I have ever made in my life

Waited at about 9 pm on a Saturday night just to place order. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching the poor hygiene of the kids behind the counter one of whom had a cold we walked out. They prioritised deliveries and just didn’t attend to those waiting in the shop and the hygiene issue was a real concern. Need to have someone supervising the kids. Drove up the road to hungry jacks and was eating our food in less than 5 minutes. Would never eat at kfc Rowville again

Purcased a family box for new years, ate one of the chips and a piece of it tasted like dirt or raw potato. Could of been the eye of the potato but whatever it was, ended up vomitting several occasions throughout the evening of new years. Severe fever the following day and still constant headachea after 3 days of consumption. Either way what ever the cause, KFC should be more vigilant on how their food is being prepared. Having chips tasting like dirt just not acceptable.

My dad waited 10 mins in store to order without being served. A few staffed walked in and out but nobody bothered to talk to him. This happens moments ago 15/1/19, Tuesday around 6.05pm, left at 6.20 ish. He’s not the type to complain but insisted an official complaint be done.

Good friendly service although they couldn't fulfill all our requests. Average cleanliness. Wiped the tables ourselves. Food was good as expected.

Most of the time this restaurant is ok. To avoid the queue, I sometimes use the kfc ordering app. What I have issue with is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables are dirty. The floor is oily. It's a shame because the interior of the restaurant is actually reasonably new. They just need regular cleaning.

Went for a meal deal and it didn't contain what was advertised on the flyer. Cold and greasy and not appetising in any way.

Been here regularly. Most of the time there's no issues. Sometimes the wait is ridiculous, food is forgotten in drive through. Once I waited 40 minutes, then they tell me they gave my order to someone else. Meh.

Awesome great place to buy some chicken for the kids and adults 10/10 clean and friendly staff.
