Horrible rude customer service and terrible food. The chicken was tiny and we complained with no improvement. Disgrace to the KFC brand.

Make a separate area for the delivery drivers.really puts me off seeing sweaty helmet wearing people slouched over tables especially when the place isn't what you would call clean and inviting. The owner really needs to make the place more inviting

I must be invisible as after waiting 5 minutes with one person being server and 3 staff members waiting round the staff decided to serve the people who walked in after me a soon as they walked in. Great service guys.

Very un clean, staff weren't aware of menu items and my order got lost and staff were yelling to each other what is he waiting for? Instead they could of asked me

Great fresh fast service walk in only no drive through and shortage of parking unless you use the market car park.

Rarely get my order right and the night staff are a nightmare. I mean how can you be that untrained that you get my order wrong every time. Went there once in the day time and saw some unfamiliar faces who got my order right and were so polite, but still that was only once.

Really poor quality compared to the KFC Brighton. The tenders are way smaller and the prices are the same. High prices with poor quality. Manager is very rude in the place. Push by you without using any manner “excuse me”.

No stars, absolutely terrible, i can't believe they call that chicken and the chips we anemic and not salt or seasoning

Absolute disgrace. Waited 15 minutes for popcorn chicken and no one was in the restaurant. It takes 3 minutes to cook popcorn chicken but the 3 people that were working, were stuffing around talking to themselves. The staff are a joke. Don’t recommend

So.your website says your closed. Is that why 10 min ago I bought soggy chicken from you! Never again.

Staff cant seem to cope with more than one customer at a time and by no surprise aren't very well trained. Plus they seem to have trouble giving you what you payed for. Having ordered a zinger box meal takeaway to find no zinger burger in the box.

The workers are very patient.must be hard to deal with all the drunk people and keep being efficient and smile.

Massive thank you to Hang and her team for sorting out a very large order for 150 people in such a short amount of time. We ordered about 300 pieces of chicken at 11am and the prahran team had it ready by 1pm! Everything was fresh and delicious!

I have had some good staff from here, but most of the time I have had bad, rude and lazy staff. Recently I have noticed new staff who are getting my orders right, polite and make the food a little better. So they have gotten better, but the night staff are still terrible.

Worst KFC I’ve had in Melbourne. The chicken was soaked and tasteless and the place just wasn’t very clean.

I found a hair in their chips but unfortunately i was far and couldn’t come back to report so I request to staff of this kfc to be careful

Worst KFC, ive been a few times and staff are always super slow and the same girl on the till never knows what she is doing. Just ordered a family burger deal, got home and the burgers weren't even in the bag! The twisters were awful with barely any salad or chicken and smothered in sauce.

Just buy the family feast, which had too much salt and the chicken tasted like double fried, not fresh, too dry and too salt! Terrible. I brought the meal about 1 hour ago. At the same times, the chips also had too much salt.
