KFC Prahran

Chicken was horrible.fried from outside and raw from inside. Machine only shows take away even if you want to eat in. Tomatoe sauce only given after we asked for it. This will be my last visit to a KFC in a while.

Modern fit-out with touchscreen order kiosks. Kept clean and free from the birds that once made a mess inside.

OK, was a late night meal. Did the job. Staff always look stressed but order was quick and my burger pretty good.

Asian guy working there was clearly mates with the young boy getting free gravy from him: unprofessional and rude. The owner needs to be here at night

The staff were pre-occupied with each other to care about the customers.
The presentation of the food was not upto what I have come to expect from KFC.

I came last night to get dinner for the family it was the worst burgers chicken and chips I’ve ever had everything was so bad and cold pathetic donor recommend to go there try somewhere else worst takeout ever

I don’t understand the hate and low rating of this place… it’s open till early hours of the morning and every time I’ve been there, they’ve given me what I want (I usually order 5 pieces of chicken and request for all thighs, which they comply). Can be tricky to find parking nearby but this store is always reliable.

I went into order my food and i banged on the table not out of disrespect but because i can’t help it coz i have adhd and i fidget and bang stuff a lot and the asian lady at the counter told me off and i said i can’t help it and she said that’s not nice and told me to order on the kiosk do it yourself machine and i told her i only have cash and she rolled her eyes at me and told me to wait and she put my order in wrong and i asked for extra salt and she gave me so much it was all at the bottom and i was coughing coz there was that much, really bad service and im a kfc worker in my area

Small store on a busy street. Parking is a nightmare, but if you have a bit of Irish blood in you, you just may be lucky enough to find a spot.

We went yesterday to this outlet. It was the worst experience of kfc i ever had in my life.

We ordered feast menu and when we opened it we found it had 2 leg pieces missing and no dip sauce’s given too (they were suppose to give 4 original pieces and 3 sauce). No courtesy to apologise but instead I had to repeatedly remind to give the missing stuff. It was when I was having food in the outlet. Already mood was spoilt and we then ate and it was further more disappointing that the chicken was completely soggy and oily. No crisp at all we didn’t enjoy a bit not in anyway like the KFC food. Upon leaving I thought to give them feedback so that atleast they take feedback but they didn’t care and tried to make fun rather. Such terrible were the guys who were billing and handing order. They just try to say each other it was you not me!

You guys need to learn customers feedback and I am sure never going to KFC australia outlets again

Ordered a zinger crunch bowl and got a burger instead, guy seems new but he should have repeat the order back more when bowl and burger sounds different, didn't have energy to fight back, but not coming back to this specific KFC ever

Small place. Got food here because my local KFC was closed and I had my heart set on it.

The popcorn chicken was a little burnt though, new oil needed? Ive been before and it was the same. Its not bad, but could be better. Staff were very quick and making orders though this place gets busy too.

Be careful attending this KFC. I went there with my friend on Friday night (late) and the poor girl had the security card literally wall through her. As in walk up to her, stare and push her right over.

Disgusting.

Ordered 9 pieces of original chicken. Every single piece was blackened and what I can only describe as mummified. Totally inedible, i tried to get the disgusting skin off to try and salvage something, but it was incredibly dry and tough so my dog got that and even he seemed to struggle with it. Never again, ever. Its happened too many times, though usually it has been undercooked, oily and anemic!

I entered into KFC specially at 4 pm I waited for a little bit until I was greeted by a guy called Jack he seemed nice. (Very friendly individual) Would come back, I think the food was fresh. Edit: (Last friday)

The chicken wings were very salty and dry. Not sure that they used a standard quality chicken or not? My legs were hurt so I paid $9 delivery fee for a 6 mins walking distance but the food were cold. I had to throw the food away and ordered from different restaurant, further way which came faster, cheaper delivery fee ($1.99) and was still very hot.

Ordered large ultimate box, they squeezed everything into that small box, burger ended up square and chip must've been from the day before. 1 star is for piece of chicken

Ordered a zinger box online, manager couldn’t understand anything, wanted wicked wings for zinger box because app didn’t have an option for wicked wings so I called in, person who picked up the phone couldn’t understand anything I said, and ultimately got nothing good, quality of food was garbage, even the drink somehow was garbage. Oversalted chips and just quality was bad.

My experience at kfc was legendary I had to invite the cook personaly to the front counter to thank him for his legendary efforts.

Very welcoming experience while ordering, unfortunatley i did have to wait a while because an unidentified individual was reportedly burnt a whole rack of chicken which caused delays. Despite this i was able to enjoy the chicken after i got it. Very nice.
