Waited to be served at the counter for 5+ minutes, was blatantly ignored by staff. The staff were rude when they actually bothered to serve. Once we eventually received our food, the chips were soggy and old, the Go Buckets weren’t anywhere close to full. Shocking.

Not a clean table insight. However the manager can be heard throughout the restaurant upstairs even chastising the staff with heard loud demeaning voice.

It's good! Went there around 5pm ish today, staff members were polite, a bit shy, 1 boy 1 girl at the front handle it well, I think it's great, give these kids who still at work some props, you guys did great today!

I’ve eaten here almost every day of January just moving to the area. Yeah … probably not good but they kfc is always delicious there! And I think it’s Philippines workers running it? They’re so friendly! Maybe I’m wrong with race … I apologize if so

Very busy spot, security guard was a gentleman and did his work very well. Order and food was taken and given very quickly and was satisfying.

2p out front but hard to find a spot. Best to walk there. Scooters good as can park anywhere

Almost here every day for wicked wings, great food and nice staff. Especially a big thank you to Hang Lu, she is really friendly and helpful. KFC is better than Maccas!

The food is exceptional. Mr sanders took care of that before he passed. But) exi and Oscar? That was the highlight. Service with a smile and they put up with my nonsense the whole time. Give them a raise or at least a free large chippies

I honestly wish there was a feature to give 0 stars. I ordered a family burger box for myself and my friends and kindly asked there to be no mayonnaise in our burgers. To my surprise when I checked the burgers inside the restaurant and confronted the staff about that they had made a mistake in our order, the staff member had the audacity to say that I ordered it this way - when they themselves had only served me 15 minutes earlier (not really fast food). Since I did not want to subject my friends to their mayonnaise in our burgers I persisted and the staff member went back to speak to their manager. Another 5 minutes passes and they finally agree to remake the burgers. After being hungry and cold for over 20 minutes we finally received our order with a friendly grease off from the staff member. Unfortunately this has happened before in the past, and have only come back due to their location. Will never come back - even if paid.

The Most Disgusting KFC or food restaurant I have ever visited. Not only did these disgusting people give all three of us food poisoning, but when we came back to return the remaining food for a refund they absolutely couldn't be bothered & asked for a medical certificate. When I didn't have one, they asked me to move aside because they had other customers to serve

Also, they hung up on me twice over the phone when I called them about this issue. The two blonde females working on Monday nights are the absolute worst but they will keep working there because this place is rotton from management onwards

Absolute most disgusting place I have ever ordered food from, STAY AWAY

It’s like if the employees over there intentionally do the opposite of what you ask them to do.
When I asked them to give me three original recipes only breasts, they gave me every single other part of the chicken but the breast. When I asked them to to put no lettuces in my burgers, they put lettuces in my burgers. When I asked them to add fries to my meal and I pay for that fries, they forget to put the fries with the meal. Like honestly why aren’t the employees over there concentrating? Just because KFC is a big restaurant company that doesn’t mean that they can keep missing people orders and get away with it.

Had a couple of orders with them now. Chicken have been consistently good (not too salty) and the service was pleasant. Like someone mentioned here, they separate the cold and hot food. Great takeaway experience!

Despite all these glamorous reviews about the "great" food, the set-up is horrible, with the purpose of the security guard really being defeated. Upstairs there is a group of teenagers, an Aussie boyfriend with her girlfriend, huddled together, I'm literally going to the toilet, and the boyfriend swears a bit and says stop staring at my girl. Lots of random food wasted on the floor, chips and gravy smudged across upstairs. Would NOT recommend, staff must be oblivious.

After being abused by a previous patron they still managed to stay cool and serve me in a friendly manner despite the eftpos machine also going down on them. They resolved the eftpos issue like absolute legends. Not to mention I always experience great service from them on normal days.

The gent working there thought my girlfriend and I were too drunk to realise he was trying to scam a tenner from us. Fitting with the previous reviews.

I wish i could give zero…. Rudest staff specially that lady hang. I hope the management looks after this otherwise the store will no longer be any favourite

KFC fried chicken tastes good because it is formulated to taste good. Sure, they brag about their 11 herbs and spices, which is great, but that's not what you are tasting when you bite into some extra tasty crispy chicken it’s the love and care that the staff have put into every tasty morsel

I want to give them 0 stars but there is no option. Every time a delivery guy visit the store, the staff is always rude and they don’t give preference to online orders. Really rude

Omg do not come here! Partner and me had it last night. Everything was cold, the popcorn chicken was notn hot. The chips were not fresh make. Everything was just so wrong. Now my partner and I not feeling well after having it. It's the worst meal we had in 5 years. Now we just need big bowl of Vietnamese Pho to cleanse body, hopefully will feel better after. Disastrous.

Chicken-based foods were fresh, chips had no salt, and the lady before me came running back in saying that her nuggets were disgusting.
