KFC Prahran

I used to eat the wings every week from here but it looks expired and the oil on which the chicken was fried looks very old, like never changed. Wings are worst here in this kfc.

Forgot sauces and sides on a big order.so I couldn’t check it when I picked it up

I see that this has happened so many times by other customers feedback, you guys should really step up your service

Came in for a sneaky Kentucky Fried Crusade, that's when Luca and his squad served up a fantastic fried fiesta accommodated by a superb service of sophistication.

The colonel would commend this.

KFC was KFC but there was this annoying entitled customer who was giving the service staff grief. They did a good job dealing with the person!

This team members are very very bad at customer receiving. First they should know how to treat people before they run the store

Ordered with the KFC app and picked up in store. Very smooth experience.

The little girl today was nice. She used a separate bag for the cold coleslaw which was good. She was polite as well. Don't know her name but her attitude was great.

Chicken today was great as well, the original recepi was just perfect, very juicy, not very dry. Better than some nearby KFC stores.

Have been ordering from prahran kfc thriugh deliveroo fir a while now, and have noticed them saying thank you by throwing in extra food, to whoever has been doing that, I would like to give you a massive thank you and hope to hear from you

Don't like the fried chicken and the pop corn chicken, very dry, overcooked, the oil need to be changed, almost choked on the bloody chicken. Disappointing experience.

The staff are lovely but they always get me order wrong, without fail. Even when there's 4 people "supervising" putting the orders together. - it's really not that hard to get the order right.

Had a staff member barely spoke English, so I showed him a boxed meal I wanted, he then asked me to show him again what was in the boxed meal and entered each item 1 by 1, got charged extra and had to ask manager to refund me difference. Asked to change potato gravy to coleslaw, got given potato gravy. Restaurant has no doors so a lot of the time the food is cold if it wasn't made fresh (chips etc.)

KFC is always 5 star. Unless sometimes it's not 5 stars, cause the chips are soggy and not salted and the chicken is old.

Be kind to workers who are smashed with unprecedented numbers of take away orders, including industrial sized orders via delivery apps working in shops fitted for a mix of take away and dine in orders. I got gifted a box of wicked wings for being kind to workers run off their feet.

Chicken had feathers in it. Feathers or strings or wtever I don't know. White color string like things that look like parts of feathers.
My order number was 845
I picked it up around 9.30 pm from prahran today. When I called the manager and told him about it I never once mentioned the word refund but after asking me who served me the food (the staff member who packed the food) he asked me what I ordered and after I told him he started in a different tone saying. " look you ate the food and you're calling "
Seriously? I called to complain and that's the response I got from KFC. When I asked the manager for his name he would not give it to me.

I went their today morning and girl on the front was very rude. And wasn't attended me for long. Moreover
Yesterday I bought same fries in $2 and today she charged me $3

Dropped in for a quick bite to eat as I hadn’t eaten since the night before. Got a burger with bacon and my favourite chips (yes they are chips not fries) plus a raspberry slushie. Burger a little moist but okay. Ordering was easy. Staff very friendly particularly in light of the circumstances.
Good parking.
Toilets available.

Very poor service, waited over 30 minutes for a single meal with a few small extras. 5 mins home and the chips were cold and forgotten items. Very poor experience. KFC taking on delivery caused there service to fall.

Won’t bother returning

I love KFC but this is the worst one I’ve been to in Australia. I ordered zinger burgers twice and both times it was a block of oil on bread. It was so disgusting I couldn’t eat KFC again for months.

Always disappointed with food keeps getting smaller and dry two bites to finish off a drumstick dinning room always dirty every experience with this store the longer it takes me to go back and the same need to change staff with English speaking and customer service

It's just a bit gross. They have a great upstairs section that is pretty much never open. Very limited seating downstairs and I've found myself avoiding the table surfaces due to grease and etc.

Guiltiest pleasure. It’s cheap fast food fried chicken, what more can you say? Filthy venue, greasy feed, staff who’re learning customer service.would never actually recommend it to anyone, but it serves its purpose well.
