72Food quality depends on the day. I had days with really bad undercooked chicken and days with authentic delicious kfc.
Terrible service, ordered my order and drive all the way there and pick it up then get all the way home and they left out my gravy and burger so had to go out of my way and drive all the way back and pick it up and then was disappointed by how it tasted, plain not much flavour, just wasted our money and time, what a stressful disappointed wasted money of a meal, they wrecked everything for us to have a nice tea, just put extra stress on top of the day, never going back there again.
Usually good, but on this occasion the potato and gravy was terrific and so was the coleslaw. The chicken also didnt taste very fresh. Was quite disappointed on this visit
Was served by Mandy who was great.store is very nice, well furnished, food served quickly & good quality.
I went thru the drive thru and order a original tenders box i came home opened it.only tenders and chips and the gravy no sign of garlic aoli which is my fav and no popcorn chicken which are both ment to be in the box this a KFC is a rip off do not recommend i have also have had previous troubles with this establishment.

Terrible ordered 2 things and both were wrong. Took them back only to have them unwrapped played with by a member of staff and re wrapped and still wrong. Went in the to hard basket to be put right. There's no care factor
This place is rubbish. Staff are presented poorley. The line to get food is ridiculous. Not to mention the burgers half fall out the wrapper before they hand it over. Place is a mess. Wouldnt come back again.
Waiting times are pretty long, orders are taken I a rush and are incorrect, staffing levels are kept low at night hence the waiting times.
Best KFC chicken, with the super charge spicy sauce, delicious. For people who like spicy food, I recommend getting the supercharge spicy sauce
Filthy seating areas, rubbish, crumbs and discarded food everywhere.
Unenthusiastic cashier gave me attitude when I asked them remake a boxed meal that was served with a dustbunny/hairball as a bonus item inside the box.
I saw them dusting out the oven over open bags of food. They told me it was going to be 3 minute wait for a chicken slider and I ended up waiting 10 minutes and all I could smell was petrol fumes from all the cars waiting for food.
Hands down BEST KFC in the West
Food is always fresh because they are always busy
Staff have been trained very well and they try their best to keep the restaurant tidy despite messy customers and with how busy they are they still manage to keep it clean
