72I know it's fast food and they're mostly youngens but please learn how to read an order and to make it the way it's supposed to be? Like that's 70% of the job.
Worst kfc. The waiting time of the drive through is really worst. If you wanna waste your 2 hours for one zinger burger please visit it.
Service is incredibly slow. This is the slowest KFC I ever encountered. I hope they open new one here who can deal with demand. This is a joke.
Do not come early for example openning hours 10.30 do not come at 11, your food become so salty.
If i could give them minus stars I would, burnt chicken and missing items just about every time we order
Best KFC in the west but very understaffed. The service is ridiculous and have had items missing. The staff are borderline rude because it’s so busy. Not their fault but management
Two unusual things I find:
- a salad dressing bottle opener stuck in the middle of my zinger crunch burger
- a sneaky chopped half wing for my crazy wing (pls don't do that, it literally result in bone fragments throughout the entire wing and I had to spit out 10 fragments)
Improve your quality or I will go elsewhere:)
Went there 9pm today to get missing drink and coleslaw for meal which
derived by doordash. Female Asian casher with glasses who named Jessie (not sure) was attended us to solve this issue however, She wore face mask under her nose and threw only one chips for two meals. Also, She was telling us with furious anger that it was only one chips in the bag (we ordered two meals) which we returned to her. I probably made her upset because I asked her for picking up that bag from rubbish bin and check it. Sorry Jessie, you didn't even comply face mask regulations and you are handling people's Foods. Please give them some proper training. Thanks
Can get pretty busy in the drive thru, but have never had a problem with my order. Staff always friendly and courteous
We found hair in our food disgusting place. Chicken batter had hair imbeded in it.hygene level is like third world country. Don't go to this place. It's like they are feeding us rubbish. Avoid it at all cost. I have pictures to prove it.

Bought their zinger family meals a couple of times. Utterly disappointed with quality especially buns.
Every single time we order home delivery …. They get it wrong…. Even going through drive through… they still can’t get it right….
Very poor effort…. Think they might need to employ a couple of adults to supervise the children who work here,

Couldn't have the nuggets with my go bucket because they weren't halal so they swapped them out for three chicken wings. Three cheers for democracy.
The service was quick friendly and accurate. I ordered lunch on the KFC app which made it ready, all I had to do is head to the drive through and mention my order number and there is was my order. All staff had masks on and were really good.
Overall the meals are well prepared although the staff can be quite grumpy in the evening, can't blame the kids tho might be tired, but yeah keep thst smile on and customer service while still at work. No complaints on earlier hours.
Served by Bridget today via driveway, she requires customer service crash course as what she was saying I can bet even herself wont understand a word via driverway speaker.as expected she took a wrong order and upon checking with Laura (who delivered food via window) she had to fix the order and adjust payments which resulted in a longer queue and over all Pathetic CX, this can be improved.
Placed an online order and waited a further half an hour at the store for it to be ready. On top of that, the chips I received were only half filled. Customer service was poor too. Very disappointed.
