Every single time, without fail, they forget something in my order. Whether it's dipping sauce, large chips, or even a whole 10 pack of wings, there's always something missing, with both pick-up and delivery. With the $8.95 delivery cost, you'd think that they would at least make an effort to give you what you ordered.

If I can give zero star I would. Order came late because wrong receipt was given. Food been sitting there for long. Poor service. Poor food. Staff couldn’t care less

Really good store. Wait times can exceed 20 mins during peak times. But other than that. Good store.

Would give no stars if that was an option. Tried to order through drive thru (15 wicked wings for $10) but was told that you can only order that the through the app but not everyone knows how to do that (or can do that) but fair enough. Before trying to back out, I politely asked another question, was ignored and the vehicle next to me was served.

Terrible.

I had been to KFC tonight to purchase dinner, due to delays at home I arrived at 9: 00pm and attempted to order 2 Giant feast as i have a big family and unfortunately was disappointed to hear that they were unable to provide the meals for me due to closing soon (closing time is 10: 00pm). Might as well state they close at 9pm as I overheard car beside me having to go through menu as what she initially asked for was not available. KFC Point Cook just say you closed at 9pm?
I then drove to KFC Hoppers crossing (5mins away) they were able to provide my 2 big meals.i just had to wait 15 mins. They close at 10pm

They literally forget atleast one item EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here and the only solution is "come back and pick it up".
It shouldnt be on me if my order is incorrect

KFC food is the best, especially when we order here because of how close it is to home. They also have really good quality here and I highly suggest for anyone wanting KFC. They even give us extra fries sometimes lol.

To whom it may concern. Yesterday after work I ordered a Giant feast, 20 pack chicken wings and extra 4 pieces of original chicken.everything was cooked beautifully accept for the 15 pieces of chicken and the 3 chips.the chicken was over cook and dry and chips were soft and tasteless. Just thought the chef was avin a bad day.
Not spoil our family day we continued to have dinner together then later on l'll drive back return chicken and chips with receipt.
1 hour 40mins Iater i drove back to KFC from Saltwater to be rejected because i past the 2 hour limit and i should of rung the manager. I have never returned KFC before ever this was the first time.lve probably been eating KFC longer than the young manager that didn't believe my issue. So I ended up ordering another box of chicken for my kids and the dogs totally smashed the dry pieces.
I was disappointed when driving home feeling ripped off over chicken.lol. Moral of story check the product before leaving drive through it will save you the unexpected.cheers consumer

Absaloutly discusting chicken was black stone cold like was sitting in fridgecooked in old oil customer service even worse and even forgot 2 large chips didn’t go back to get them cos the chips were discussting to avoid this place at all cost absaloutly yuk

Food was good. The juniors behind the drive thru window need to learn to speak up though. It would seem the art of speaking to a customer during the transaction is lost. Just stick the EFTPOS it the window and be gone.

Bought a zinger box here about halfa maybe 40 minutes ago, saw the young bloke at the drive thru pulling down his face mask, rubbing his nose and touching the keyboard again. Not a good look.

I would've let it go, if I didn't have a thin short blonde hair wrapped around one of my wicked wings - pretty clear that a lot of people who work here aren't really sensitive to the current situation, despite having a sign displayed at the drive thru saying they're all Covid-19 trained. Disappointing.

Filthy seating areas, rubbish, crumbs and discarded food everywhere.
Unenthusiastic cashier gave me attitude when I asked them to remake a boxed meal that was served with a dustbunny/hairball as a bonus item inside the box.

KFC is never as good as I remember it. Mushy buns, oily chicken, hot & spicy that's actually warm & bland. Unfortunately the kids love it.

Low stock.no burgers and chicken.disappointed

Owner took initiative and responded. I went again and the freshness of food was nice.

The service depends on the day, when you order a family feast, sometime they put your drink and cold items in to a bag other times they don't, staff are not always friendly.

I had intended going to counter to let the know how fresh both chicken and chips were. I did not want to go t here because previously I felt chicken was a couple days old. But today Good.

Only 3 things choose from as it was 50 mins before close popcorn chicken was cold meal got thrown in bin

There’s a correlation between middle class suburbs and slow service KFCs and this one is no exception. Drive through service is super slow.

Stick to your low income suburb KFCs. Low income resident don’t tolerate slow drive thru service!

Rude staff, inconsistent information about specials.i was once told that an item that is clearly on their app is no longer available and sometimes the chicken is under cooked

The ladies at the counter who served me were great. The place may not be extremely clean and tidy (splash stains on the walls and grubby floor) but the tables and seating were clean. The food was very generous. Probably the best experience at a busy KFC I've had. I'd order seconds if it didn't already give me diarrhoea.
