Staff claim there is “nothing” they can do about constant long wait times and missing items for orders every time we attend here (not even at peak times). When I suggested staff training she advised that she would no longer be providing store credit for $15 of food we didn’t receive. Avoid this KFC

YUCK! THEY SELL REFRIED CHICKEN. I bought and all I ate was oil in the chicken. Plus drive away staff wasn't friendly. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Food was nice and hot, chicken was perfect, just the dirty tables and alot of very young teenagers hanging around who weren't even eating anything from the restaurant, just taking up tables talking nonsense. Was hard for enjoy a family meal.

Who ever puts the food in the bags are absolutely useless! There hasn’t been one time where I have gotten everything I’ve ordered from this KFC! Honestly how hard is it to work in a fast food restaurant?

Recently went here to get dinner. Good location. Reasonable service (if one didn't want to use the self serve screens). Didn't have to wait too long for an order, which was freshly cooked. Except for having sold out of the one bottled drink I asked for, at least I was able to get my second choice.

When you crave KFC late night and find this site opens till 12am, it hits the spot perfectly. Fresh KFC chips and chicken at midnight hits different. Love it!

We went there the other day the place was so dirty rubbish everywhere it’s always dirty when we go.and one of mine things was stale. Staff are just chatting with each other during the non busy time instead of cleaning the place.

Always good. Fast service and reliable most times. Just don't park in the rear carpark during rush hour or you'll get boxed in.

Friendly staff, annoying vaping teenagers, finger licking good food and that's all I have for you.

O stars if that was an option, my order was stuffed up yet again, found out when i got home. Called the manager who wasnt helpful and made me feel like their mistake was my fault. After getting nowhere on the phone i went down and the manager was rude and as cold as the food they serve. I asked for a refund and was rudley told thats not an option. Avoid this KFC at all costs, KFC in Hoppers Crossing is so much better.

We had the worst chicken here compared to other KFC we've been to before, the chicken was not fresh, dry and tasted weird, can't finish the meal, never had KFC taste like this before.

Worse KFC, can never get your order right. Many times have arrived home from Drive Thru with items missing!

Just attended at 7: 20 PM on 09/05/2022. The girl on the register has absolutely 0 interest and no customer service

The large chips we got was completely inedible due to the heavy amount of salt

Ordered a zinger box they forgot my drink, it was for my dad btw. He ended up beating me but everything’s alright now just pls next time try not to do that

The queue to the drive through is ridiculous. Quality of the chicken is good and fresh though. Avoid this place during peak periods.

Requested a tax invoice for my purchase using their online customer enquiry service, as the store staff didn't give it to me during the drive-through. It's been two weeks and still NO REPLY.

To begin with 0 would be an ideal rating.
My review is consistent with all other -ve reviews.
Ordered zinger box and crunch bowl.
Chips were uncooked and poor.
Crunch was a colossal disaster, salad were stale. Lack of sauces and 2 chips crunched. Just 2!
Returned box, but instead of apology got an arrogant personnel who instead of offering solution kept querying the problem/complaint. I am not sure why she imagined us eating a crunch bowl for the very first time.
Never the less, formal complaint raised with never to return to this location has been decided within fiends and family.
Don't see much improving as complains of similar nature keep pouring in, maybe franchise owners don't care.

Lousy service, cold food and more than that the order arrived incomplete, and add intoxication, i found a hair in the chicken
