73Poor level of cleanliness. Some items were finished so we're not available. The machine to make frozen drinks was out of order. The food was somehow not tasty and contained a bit more of the salt than required. I shall not come here again.
Hit & Miss. Sometimes the food is good, other times the chicken is so greasy, it is almost inedible. On average, there is something wrong with our drive through order approximately 50% of the time. Check your order before leaving the window at the drive through.
If I could give a rating of NO STARS I would. Worst KFC around, every time I have gone there they have stuffed up my order. The potato and gravy tasted like it had gone bad, be warned everyone. If you ask for extra salt, 9 times out of 10 you will be given no salt at all. This store is seriously a waste of your money, I recommend people find another KFC store.
Ordered a zinger box meal, got home they hadn’t put in the chicken the chips were unsalted and to make things worst they had also forgotten to put in any gravy. Better off making the drive to an alternative kfc or finding somewhere else to eat (not the first time this has happened)
For the fair few times that I've been there, the chicken tastes stale, including today. It looks like its been made a while back and just kept steaming hot. Tasteless and poor quality sad to say. I will be discarding this zinger box as I did the previous ones.
Chips were ok but far from their best, zinger has suboptimal bun and lacked sufficient sauce. Could have been worse, but could have been much better too.
BEWARE! Take a good look at the reviews before going to this store. They have a very high rate of getting orders wrong. 9 out of our last 10 orders had things missing. No longer a customer.
Got two parts of order wrong. Shop isn't our fave. Always sticky tables, rubbish around both inside and out. But i could hear manager motivating someone to tidy up.
I love this KFC i go their atleast once a day for the wifi, your burgers and special spiced chicken is AMAZING keep up the good work.thank you staff for being super nice and lovely you are simply GRAND

Regularly Disappointed! And again today when I turned up & they were closed over 20minutes early. There were 5 other cars there at the same time that had to eat elsewhere. Service Usually very slow. Rarely get Sauces, Cutlery, Napkins, Wet Wipes

The chicken is amazing. The only problem is that drive thru is very busy! Maybe another kfc in Pakenham would be handy.
Why must these people take over our fast food joints.sack all the Aussies and refuse to learn English.so annoying
