The Chicken was good the chips were so salty you couldn't eat them. The place was filthy, staff clothes were disgusting covered in food. The girl who served us didn't show any emotion no smile at all. She got the person in front of us order wrong, got the items missing handed it to him without a sorry about that, or smile just passed him the missing items. She dropped a pespsi then put it straight back in the fridge so the next person will get covered in it when they open the bottle. Come on KFC train you staff it is a bloody joke.

Currently waiting in line waiting 15 minutes and there still worried about the cars that are in the drive thru have asked where my meal is twice and been told it’s not ready yet this might blow out to a 30 minute wait and people are not wearing the masking in the store and keeps sticking her fingers in her ear then grabbing the boxes and tongs and sneezing all over the food what is wrong with this place can’t wait to get my food then get a refund

Avoid this store unless a change in management occurs. Long wait times due to staff retention and training, extremely poor quality food even for KFC standards. Hopefully future customers determine the success of this business

Just came thru drive thru. Was very very slow. Didn't order much at all. Ordered lge potato and gravy, 10 nuggets, lge chips and 2 Popcorn chicken go buckets.
The girl handed our bag hugging it with her arms covered in sores. Looked very unhygienic.
When we got home and opened the bag the potato and gravy lid was opened. Half of it was missing. The lid was covered in dirt and smears of gravy all over the lid.like it had been dropped on the floor and picked up put in our bag. Also when u order 10 nuggets you should get 10 not 8 plus the large chips was half full.
Totally discusted!

Sometimes it is really nice and hot but sometimes the burgers are squished and buns are stale.specially the nuggets are always cold and dry

I don't often have problems with my order or the food there, staff are friendly, but I'm not interested in eating food prepared by kids with masks around their chins. Would think food safety protocols in general are non existent. I'm not interested in Kentucky Fried Covid or Salmonella. Never ever going back there again.

Serious improvement needed. Each and everytime I order here there is always something missing from my order. By the time i get home my food is cold so cant return and get my missing items. Wont be coming back here unless this issue resiolves. Mainly when ordering dinner.

Been a couple times and the food just gets worse everytime. They need new management and people that actually want to work. Will no longer waste my money here

Very poor effort.
Was told that they could only sell chips juggets and popcorn because they nothing else and the wait would be 30 kinutes. After 40 minutes we were then told it's 20 minutes away. Then 7 minutes. That 7 minutes took another 20. Meanwhile we had already paid online for our food before arriving to begin with. When we finally got it. The order was wrong. You'd think after 1.5 hours that you could at least get the order right.

Never looks that clean, especially on the screens instore where you order yourself

Oh MY GOD this kfc is so bad as soon as i got there a fire started and car was about to catch on fire to the food was disgusting and the was a piece of medal in my chicken

Shocking this place can't count ordered three lots 0f 24 nuggets which =72 in total instead I get box with 43 nuggets only who do they hire if u can't count whoever did it look for another job u are pathetic

Will not be ordering from this store again. They have been bad in the past but we give people a fair go. The chicken was so over cooked, it was almost black on the outside & the fibers inside has split. Firstly, who was the cook who decided they were OK? Secondly, who was the person who dished them up thinking they were OK? Who is the manager who let this occur?

So where do i start with this review, well we ordered 2 large tenders meals on tuesday what we got would resemble chicken jerky not nice crispy tenders.
1 why didn't the person who was cooking them notice that they were well over cooked by far, also the person who placed them in the boxes should be wearing glasses as well as the person who cooked them.large meals means bottles of drinks not cans, if this is the standard of food served you won't be in business long.i will be spreading the word about this.

They can not get orders right I ordered a original supercharged twister combo and added bacon when I got home with my order when to eat it all it had was the rap, chicken and supercharged sauce no salad and no bacon that I payed extra for

What a joke the bucket is

Turns out to be a disgusting little box
Chicken dry and seems to have lost the herbs and spices flavor
Won't be buying any more KFC

I had to choose dipping sauces to proceed with my order yet, once again, no dipping sauces were provided.

How hard is it to read an order and then make sure everything goes in the bag?

It's what you expect from a KFC. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don't - but you're always regretting eating it.

Apart from the insane drive-thru wait times (tonight was over 25 minutes), I always have a good experience with their food.

Ordered from this KFC on their app on the 14th April. Money was debited from my account, I went to the drive thru to collect my order at 10: 20pm only to be told they were closed. Their hours state their open til midnight. I contacted their support team on their website and have yet to receive a reply and a refund for the food I never got.

I've done as you asked me to do twice now and still no response, this is a joke really, absolutely no customer support at all!

Thanks for the free meal by the way, staff once again f'd up an order and gave me someone else's order instead of mine. More than I paid for in the first stuff up so I guess this calls it square.
