KFC Pakenham

Ordered through menulog order was 2 pieces of chicken a drumstick and thigh and i only got 1 tiny piece of a wing.will never go to this kfc again.they didnt offer to redeliver the rest of my order.

Great place too eat. Always clean. And staff friendly, can sometimes get orders wrong or miss things but most times it's when they're busy which I can understand. If I have an issue I usually talk it through with Manager and they always offer replacement and handle the issue very professionally.

Reopen for walk in orders! Quick service and good hot food! Glad I wasn’t in that massive drive through line! In and out within 4 minutes! You can still go into the restaurant to order but just can’t sit down to eat!

Food was terrible. Slapped together. Chips barely cooked and soggy. Paid for sauces asked staff member if they were in there and he said yes! Got home and they werent there. Potato and gravy, no potato. Staff.cant be bothered even cracking a sme. Not the first time service and food has been bad.

Not fresh tonight, food sits for too long. Happy staff at least but missed an item, not the first time. No napkins in takeaway bag either

To be fair the store is being renovated. So the wait was about ten minutes or more in drive through.
However, I came from 2kms
away. They gave me the wrong order. The girl taking the order made me repeat myself 3 to 4 times and still got it wrong.
Then when I came back and waited behind six cars in the drive thru. Two staff members entering the back door where I was waiting in line.
We're swearing and making rude comments about my car and looking straight at me whilst doing it.
The manager says she didn't witness it.
That's a dangerous Rd to take.
It means you think very little of your customers.
And your team comes first.
Well you've lost this customer. Without customers you are nothing.

It was busy time. But still. Didn't get a proper greeting from the KFC girl. They were fast with the food but forgot napkins and straws! Disorganised.

Use to really enjoy coming to this place but today just got really poor service and the food was sub par. Use to be a 5 star review

Staff are eother coming off a weekend bender, high as (not kidding) or rude because they hate their job. Foods usually been sitting there for ages and is dry and is slapped together.

Not too bad just a little stingy with their chips, I really don't think three quarters full is really smart on their behalf. I mean maccas hungry jacks and red rooster go out their way to fill the packs. So up to them how they take this, either positive feedback and improve or negative and leave it the way it is and risk more and more people becoming aware of this

It's KFC. You know what you're gonna get, complete inconsistency. Sometimes amazing, sometimes you wish you went next door.

Worst customer service ever! Never get the meal right! The food is gross- oily, unseasoned chips, 1/2 filled gravy container. In family deals, chicken pieces are always thighs and ribs, nothing else! The service is sooooo slow! I contacted the store, no-one answered, nor returned my call. Inside of the store is always filthy. Avoid this place! Never going back, I prefer to drive to the KFC on the freeway and get better service and food!

Spicy chicken wings made everyone sick within 10 minutes, trying to call the store but, obviously too hard t for the store to answer, trying to warn them from selling the spicy chicken wings to others!

KFC is foul food, but the person I bought it for said it was nice so it's unfair to give it 1 star because I don't eat the rubbish

Very small. YOung staff sometimes are not as professional but they are very friendly. Prodcut seems like it always does, a guilty pleasure.

Oh KFC. Where do I start?
This KFC in particular I've visited many hundreds of times and fortunate enough to never contract food poisoning.
Their drive through is fast and I've never had to wait in the waiting bay. But then again I don't go at peak hour, because I'm not stupid.
Waiting inside is always going to happen, no matter how big the line for drive thru is, stay in the car haha.

Once again something was missing from our order, also happened last week. Also maxi popcorn chicken only 2rds full. Might be time to find some other take away meal

Customer service was great in the drive thru today, especially with it being so busy. Food was awesome too

Every time im there while I sit there and wait for my meals about 4 or 5 people come to the counter stating they have forgotten something within their order, I eat there every two or three weeks for dinner with my family and not once have I had my order come out correct.
Other people might experience different maybe if they buy something simple like maybe a large chips but mind you that my stuff up as well

Don't bother going here. This is the second time in a row they've messed up my order, they have a "cant be bothered" attitude which shows in the food as well, (as you can see in the pictures "mayo sliders supposed to be battered with lettuce). Also I paid for someone else's meal and once they reimbursed me and gave me my order, they missed out food that I had paid for! Don't go here.
