KFC Pakenham

One poor young fella left to run the front of house by him self, was not fair on him while others were just standing around out the back of house.
The management needs to be held accountable for this.
This is not a safe work practice.

Service was fast probably because they cook the smallest chickens I've ever seen & must have the smallest burgers in the world.

The family feast was terrible, and they forgot the chips. The chicken was so cooked it looked burnt!
You can never tell if your getting a good feed their or not. Will NOT be buying again from pakenham location again.

I always like complete survey, because I could get free drink on my next visit in any KFC. Today I would like to use this, but the waitress told me that it’s expired. I was very confused why I could not use it. The receipt just writing “complete survey in next 3 days. Min spend $4.95 on next visit. ” I did not see any expired date on it. Before this time, they told me that they need to see whole receipt. Now, they told me that this is expired… But I go to another KFC, they did not told me anything. When I showed the voucher and spend more than $4.95, I got a free drink.

The staff were very very loud and there was a constant drilling sound as if we were in a dentist. Almost no tables were cleaned and they were very low on chicken. Funny as thats literally the main thing here. Windows are also very badly cleaned? Very smudgey.the bins bags are also not put in properly.

I ordered through menulog paid a fortune and they didn't give my 18 nuggets and tenders. What a croc

TO KFC PAKENHAM,
My partner and I came in yesterday for lunch.
I ordered the original recipe and my partner got the zinger burger both all in meals.

When we sat down to eat, I was disgusted by how dirty all your tables were and the one table my partner found was not as dirty as the rest of the tables around the resteraunt that I saw.

The loud music blasting through the store made conversations difficult and the overall atmosphere just made us both uncomfortable.

Our meals were horrendous and the chips were over salted.
Both our (chicken) burgers were cold and dry and they were not made fresh. I watched while waiting for our food as a one of your employees grabbed our burgers from the non-existing heat light tray an dump our food into a bag.

Ways to keep a business:
1. Get a new manager
2. Clean areas of store thoroughly
3. Check tempreture of chicken!
4. Food safe handling certificate for all your employees/trainees.
5. Acknowledge your customers.

I am praying that me an my partner don't get food poisoning from your resteraunt.

Please have all your staff undertake a food safe handling certificate before serving anymore customers.

I observed staff being extremely patient and lovely to a man with limited speech while he was putting his order in. The girl was really good at navigating what meal he wanted.

We waited in store for 50 minutes for our meal. Give 5+ stars to the lovely, caring young lady Sienna who served us. She was the only one out of all the crew on shift that cared about anyone with the long wait times. She worked harder and faster than any one else. Seriously, Sienna should be put up to a higher level than a crew member, as she has amazing customer service, she went above and beyond with all customers at front counter tonight.
Well done sweetheart, thank you for making our wait easier on us. You have what it takes to go far in life, your parents must be so proud.

Over the past 5 years going here I've had plenty of bad experiances, it is quite poor as a kfc, missing items continualy occure, you better check everthing before you go very painful, tiny chickens burnt dried out all of the time, no potatoe and gravy at times because they didn't have time to make it. Why do I keep coming back, I don't know maybe I'm stupid or over patient, hoping it will change someday, but it hasn't.

Twice in a row I had cold chicken given even I asked it to be hot!

Service is terrible. Focus on drive thru and Uber. Food was all over the floor, while staff stood around doing nothing, disgusting, would not go back.

Quite a few staple items are not available.
Staff doesn't seem to be willing to serve. Every car had to wait around 5-10 mins between cars at the ordering speaker before a soft voice ask for our order.

15 minute wait for food because of so many food delivery orders being done. No drinks left only Pepsi Max. No water or anything. Looked understaffed, staff seemed stressed although doing there best.
Ordered pop corn chicken it was over cooked and very dry. Not a good experience today.

This is a typical instance of A big chain food agent under performing and over promising now it's name is sold to the population.

Typically one would agree that there is NO quality alliances with any one store and the quality from the food, to the service and even the store hygiene is different everyone time you go.

It's like paying the pokies! Will one Win today, loose my money or break even.

Terrible service. I placed an order in Uber and it was cancelled because they refused cook the required product.
I would have just ordered Maccas if I’d known they couldn’t be bothered. Very poor and won’’t bother with KFC anymore

It is meant to be fast food. Not a 45 minute wait for food. 1 poor girl serving and could not manage. Put some staff on management

The fella at the counter was very attentive & polite. He & co worker looked busy so I just ordered at the kiosk to save interrupting them. The food was OK. I've had better but I have MUCH worse! The hot & crispy pieces were fresh, crunchy & juicy, the potato & gravy was lacking abit of flavour & was mostly potato with the tide being out on the gravy, the chips were only luke warm, my burger seemed to b swimming in Mayo & had no spice to the zinger fillet. The drink was nice & cold.

Floors were filthy food was average potato and gravy was cold chicken seemed very salty toilets weren't much better very disappointed
