KFC Oakleigh

This KFC never lets me down its very good and has a lot of seating which is good. Parking is easy to get although it may seem short.

Been there a few times and it's always messy looking. Last time I got a Go Bucket that was half full. See photo. Contacted their customer service but didn't hear anything back.

Generally the same as most KFCs. Food is hit or a miss. Sometimes the chicken is oily and a little soggy while other times they are nice and crispy. Spicy options seem to taste better.

Not enough staff. Waited in line for 15 minutes although there were only 2 people in front of me.

They forgot my nuggets on my last order. Send them an email, but got no response. I was reguler here.

Got here just before the dinner rush craving some good kfc and wasn't dissapointed. Chicken was freshly cooked as were the chips. Service was friendly and patient as we changed our order to suit the family. Only pick up i had was that the place could have been slighly cleaner (floors and toilets needed a mop).

Not very happy with the chicken. Very dry and I think the oil needs changing more often, than not.

Disappointed with food quality

just moved back recently and on two occasions i got wicked wings with half batter falling off and it is soggy.very sad to see my childhood kfc go down in quality just like that

I came at 9pm and order 6 pieces chicken in a small meal but then changed my mind and order 10 pieces.when I came home and open the box, there’s still only 6 even though the girl who gave me the box said 10 clearly. Note: I paid for 10 pieces and now i lost $3

Very disappointed.just moved back to the area recently and the wicked wings we got were soggy, and half the batter comes off.sad to see my childhood kfc for years drop in quality just like that

8pm Friday 22/3. Disgraceful service and no understanding of how to carry out their jobs. Staff here desperately need to undertake the very basics of customer training.
25 minutes for two fillets, which we didn't receive and asked for our money back.

Went back to give another go may be human error the first time and guess what the failed again we didn't get our full meal on the street wise deal no tenders very disappointed again and for the time we are not coming back

I came at 8pm Sat.

The good: Large chips had just the right quantity of salt. Not much in fact. Perfect. The chicken tenders were done also perfectly. Not dry or rubbery. Juicy and very tasty. Give stars for the cook and kitchen helpers.


The bad: Sour, indifferent young girl at the front counter. No interest in the customers. No interest in eye contact. Almost throwing the food back at you.

The staff is very lazy, I was literally waiting for 25 minutes to give my order,

They doesn't pay attention

Really disappointed. We didn’t see the chips which was included. No wonder I saw a guy came back with a full bag before I left the shop. Today I saw a post from a friend of mine, he complained for the missing burgers. The business is supposed to be shut down soon.

Cheated me on a drive thru order.
Didn't have half of my order and the half that was in the bad was not what i ordered.

Couldn't have been a mix up as I was the only I on the drive thru.

Overall the staff that works there are arrogant.

Very very very bad service, was waiting at the drive thru ordering booth, the staff asked me to wait awhile, and I waited 15 mins and nobody took my order?

9pm on a Saturday night, under staffed it would appear. The lovely Lucile poor thing was serving all alone amd couldn't have been less interested in being there. Seemed to be a few others milling around in the back. Restaurant was messy and not clean. Thankfully the food was cooked fresh and it was hot and tasty. No napkins given, no spoons for potato & gravy.
