KFC Oakleigh

Food is not fresh, I bought the zinger twister, the vegetables in the twister is serviced with some unknown liquid (not the water or sauce) and the chicken is very hard (may be recook), throw away. Waste money.

Absolutely nowhere! Missing items, had to drive back and it happens a lot.chicken was very dry and service was average

The worst kfc. Always forgets things. I got home tonight to see they had left out the potato and gravy so I drove all the way back to find that they couldn't replace the order and only partially. Obviously I only wanted the order replaced as it would be cold due to you stuffing up the order. I have never heard this before? You stuff the order up but then can't replace it and now we have to eat cold food. This is bizarre!

How are the chips soggy and not crispy every damn time I buy food from here, and the wicked wings have seriously shrunk in size

Showed the stuff, order No.then Waited 30min, when I ask them why still not ready, been told another 10mins.

Avoid this place for delivery of any food as they act as scammers. They took orders and cancelled after 45 minutes stating that the place is about to close. If that's the reason then why not change the closing time.
And also they refund the money after a week.
Worst experience.

This place took way too long making my order.i believe i was waiting in the drive through for 7 minutes. For ‘fast food’ this is an outrage. Not to mention this whole place looks like a dungeon asylum? Wouldn’t be surprised if this place was infested with rats. Salad went crazy tho and the food was good.

This is disrespectful and disgusting place to order food. I was so hungry and i order they accept the order and after half and hour they cancelled it.why should they accept the order if they aren't sure. This makes me really upset and they were telling me that i will receive my money in 7 business days. I am hungry and i want food. Give me either food or give my money back.

The staff are wonderful. I don’t like doing this but KFC is a chain so I don’t mind. RANCID chicken is all I can say. Either the OIL IS OLD or the chicken is just not fresh! 4 separate occasions within the last 5 months the burgers were inedible. I think they don’t clean the oil and from research I’ve compiled series of whistleblowers who say these chain-food Restaurants are told to not change the oil days even weeks on end.

Worst KFC I ever visited. Meat on burgers are not cooked enough. Also the chips are not fried enough. Not recommend this place at all. Really disappointed.

Seriously im not one to complain but this place is the Pitts toilets are filthy service is slow and food looked like it was slammed on the floor then wrapped up in paper chips don't get me started the best part was the mountain dew

The food was ok, I ordered chicken popcorn some pieces wasn't cooked well. All the tables were dirty. We were waiting to order and the staff were talking to each other.

Always a good place to visit. The young lady who served was very helpful, smiling newed all about her job helping everyone around. I got a zinger box and she offered me more to buy and asked about the drinks witch I took Sunkist. The boys were really busy serving drive-through was good. I recommend to everyone, everybody. That was on the night of Friday 2/12/22.

Staffs seem to only care delivery and drive thru order while at least 10 people in store are waiting to order, no eye contact no communication no nothing, terrible management

Do not get a delivery from this store if you want all the food your ordered and paid for delivered. They always forget something from the order.
I gave them one last try tonight and again missing items from my order.
I definitely would not recommend

This KFC is really good & best in the area. We live in Mt. Waverley and happy to travel a little extra distance for a perfect hot wings and zinger burger. Foods here always cooked to perfection with the right amount of sauce. Very easy click and collect via apps for mid week takeaway dinner. I've never had any issues ever and the food is good as it should be. Avoid Friday night as traffic is terrible in this location. The staff do a good job with a smile on their face, keep up the good work.

The girl doing the drive thru was unenthusiastic and clearly uninterested, we waited quite a while for our burger and popcorn chicken slab, food was completely wrong and we were given just chicken instead. Disappointed

This has got to be the worst KFC on the planet.

Orders are constantly wrong.
Kids not being trained for their job.
Dirty carpark with homeless roaming every night.
Pretty sure the upstairs hasn't been open for over 3 years because no one wants to clean it.

It's KFC. Like most KFC restaurants, the probability of getting your takeaway order correct is about 50%. Because of the cooking process KFC follows in general, the quality of the food is directly influenced by the time of your visit. Don't eat fast food unless it's at peak lunch/dinner time.

We hadn't been to this branch for a number of years but were around the corner and felt like KFC for dinner. I wish we hadn't.
They now have self serve kiosks to order from but I never have good experiences with these so went to the counter to order. The served looked at me three times but didn't tell me he'd be with me shortly; he just ignored me. After a few minutes of being ignored, I tried the kiosk. True to form it didn't have one of the items I wanted, even though it was displayed on the menu board behind the counter. So I went back to the counter where I was ignored again. Eventually I had to call the server over to explain the kiosk want working and I wanted to order from him. He then didn't know how to find an item (an extra 4 pieces of original chicken) and had to go get help to complete the order.
We watched as he wiped his nose with the back of both his hands, and then he packed our chicken.
When I collected the order, I checked with him whether he had packed the extra 4 pieces, which he said he had and then when I turned around to walk away I heard him say "Oh my god! " to his colleague.
I checked the order before leaving as I often get the wrong order packed at KFC (yes, it's fair for you to ask me why I keep going back!) I opened the box containing the extra 4 pieces and took it back to complain. It had 2 wings, a thigh, and a drum stick. All four pieces were abnormally small, with the drum stick having barely any meat on it. The manager agreed that drum stick was below standard, but they had run out of original chicken and they could give me their last two wings or I could wait 10 minutes (while the rest of meal grew cold). Needless to say, I accepted the two wings and left.
I would like to say it was worth all the trouble but to be honest the chicken was not very good - it was all way too over cooked and dry.
I won't be going back to this branch and will avoid KFC in general for a while, I think
