KFC Oakleigh

Trash store, buying 6 pieces and asked for tights, when I got home I found 0 tight pieces. I dun know if they did in purpose will never come this rubbish one again

Awfully long wait times for delivery orders. Waited over 20 mins and got nothing. Super incompetent and inconsiderate staff.

One of the best KFC meals we had for a while. The zinger burger indeed had a decent size chicken filet and was spicy and delicious; chips were fresh and full of flavor; chicken wings were hot and spicy. To top up, customer service was great! Well done KFC Oakleigh!

Work across the road and we sometimes order here. They are efficient and manage our large orders well. Good service as well. A while ago one of the girls helped me carry box's to my car. I really appreciated that.

Worst food ever I ordered zinger stacker and the chicken was stale and tasteless i will never go there again.

Drove for a while to get to the only open kfc, craving wicked wings all day, got there 15min before closing. Was told that they are only serving popcorn chicken, chips and nuggets. The person infront of us didn't even order and drove off. At the payment window I asked if they turned the fryers off early or something and the lady says, well we close in 15min. I looked at her confused coz they were still open and not selling their only product.chicken. She got sheepish and told me they ran out of chicken and shut the sliding window (clearly a lie). Disappointed.

This KFC is beyond frustrating. I normally don't write these but tonight was stupid. I've only obeen to this one a hand full of times because is usually wrong. I order a tenders box, with garlic aioli and a burger by itself and when I get home I open the box to find no sauce or the burger I was charged 10 extra for. It was at around 8: 30 at night there literally three cars, last time I go here ever again.

Not the best KFC relative to other KFCs, but is serviceable.

Entrance is somewhat awkward and it can be easy to miss.

I recommend going through drive through as they’re you’re more likely to get your order at a much faster rate through drive through.

Local KFC is decent - the wait in drive thru is generally quick, and the food is hot.

The zinger burger here can be a hit or miss, some days it feels average and other days it feels perfect.
The location is a little inconvenient to turn around and get your order corrected so often you'll have to go with it.

Their fries are up to standard and not re-fried which is a relief. Salt ratio is perfect.

Staff are always friendly at the counters which makes the experience better.

Recommended to anyone craving a late night KFC fix, or just super keen on a snack.

Don’t bother going in store just go through drive through 20 cars went through in the time it took for them to get my meal inside

More oftentimes than not this branch is on point with serving fresh fresh chips. However you can expect longer than usual wait times on drive through during weeknight dinner service.

I bought a family feast pack. The chicken was old and had no taste.no KFC taste at all.the coleslaw was old and brown. It was the worse experience I've ever had.never will I go there again

Never ready. Order in store or order ahead on app it's never ready. Front staffs laughing, talking, never seen you standing there. Working like mum forces them to get a job.

Consistently the best hot chips I’ve had from a KFC. Service is quick, staff are lovely, and restaurant is well maintained

Went there last night to order a zinger box and a separate regular popcorn chicken… got home and saw there was no a popcorn chicken so I paid $5.95 for nothing.
Went back tonight to order the same thing but said I was worried to order a regular popcorn chicken incase I don’t receive it again like last night… all I got in response was “I can make sure you get it this time, or would you prefer to just not order it? ” … I never write reviews or complain but where is the bloody customer service? ! KFC is a huge corporation, I’d told them I didn’t receive my order I paid for, and no apology and refund was given. Shocking.

We've had perfect and fresh KFC every single time we've ever been here and that's unheard of so good job

It's like they know who place the order because they always give me less than I ordered without fail. I'm tired calling and ask for what I should have when I'm hangry. I'll go somewhere else now.

Been left at the drive through speaker for longer than 5min twice without any body saying anything. And up driving away. How hard is it to say “ sorry be with you shortly. Instead leave you in dead silence. Bad service.
