KFC Oakleigh

On Dandenong rd. Easy to get to. Drive through and walk in to order available. We ordered inside. Too much pressure to decide in drive through.
Food was as expected. Yum. The staff were friendly and service was very quick.
I’d usually go for a box meal but this time we just got chicken. So much chicken. Very tasty. Cheers.

Hopeless delivery, did not recieve my order because the ingredients weren't available and wasn't offered any alternative products like I have been when competitors have had the same problem.

Unnable to pick up myself because of Victorias draconian lockdown laws. I will not be ordering delivery from KFC again.

Host who took my order did not have good product knowledge with my order. However, she was friendly.

Can’t seem to follow simple instructions, I only order original recipe chicken pieces if they’re drumsticks. I don’t eat any other parts and they said that they would make sure to put drumsticks but when my order arrived, it was anything but. Plus the chicken was very oily and undercooked, had to throw it away and don’t even get me started on the overly salty soggy fries, yuck! Won’t be ordering from here again.

Consistently below average in terms of quality compared to other local KFC's, very slow and poor customer service.

I went on a saturday night and this place was very busy. So suggest that you allow alot of time on tea times.

Ordered an ultimate box, a zinger box and an additional original fillet burger through menu log. After an hour waiting our order arrived with the additional burger missing and we were given the wrong drink.
You had one job to do guys.

Absolutely worst chips ever! KFC chicken is always a fair bit oily but the chips were undercooked limp and soggy!

Freshly fired fries and burgers are good, just a little small. Crispy chicken with lots of flavours!

Got a wicked wing the shape of a beer bottle that reminded me of the alcoholism that took my dad away from me.not a pleasant experience.

KFC is decent, usually not too busy. Would be nice if they were open late. Friendly staff, chicken is good serving sizes, and I haven't ever gotten a wrong order, or gotten all original recipes. Drive through is a little small, but acceptable

Picked up a mixed feast tonight and got home to find only 4 nuggets, should be 6 and 5 tenders, should be 6 then one of the chicken pieces was the smallest wing I've ever seen. Dropped the ball kfc oakleigh. Tired of the stuff ups from this store.

Waited 10 mins to be served at counter.
Staff ignored request to be served.

They lots of time for uber eats!

Inside was clean and up to everyones standards the was ready really quick an car park is good on hot days cause lots of shade

I always order the same thing. Zinger bacon and cheese with supercharged sauce. And since the past 5 times my takeaway order has been wrongly made. The first two times no sauce. The second time no bacon. The third time no supercharged, AGAIN! And today no lettuce in the burger. How can someone forget to put lettuce in the burger. Horrid experience.

The bathrooms were not clean and the hand dryer did not work, there were no paper towels to dry your hands. Food was fine.

Really the worst KFC in Melbourne. Order was incorrect 3 times and when I got home after spending 36 dollars I got 7 pieces of non existent chicken, cold chips and the rest won’t even bother. I believe that if you have nothing good to say it’s better not to say anything at all. In this case seriously woeful I had to waste my time in writing this. Staff don’t want to be there and a so called manager who couldn’t care less because “ it’s 5 to 11 and we are closing “
Well by the time I got home and came back of course. If you don’t want to be there go sell shoes or milk some cows seriously! One star is one too many but had no choice. NO EXAGGERATION!

The major issue with this places is the staff constantly making mistakes on my order: 3 out of my recent 5 orders, they always managed to miss one item off my order. I can only blame on their training or lack of professionalism. Always check the bag before your drive off if you are driving through.

This is arguably the single worst kfc in australia.i thought i would enter being met with smiles and good customer service but instead i was met with a foul smell and lazy employees who were just standing around drinking and tasting products. Lift your game Kentucky Foul Chicken
