KFC Noble Park

Pathetic staff, pathetic service. Got a refund after waiting 20 minutes for wings. Owner should shut down the shop and go home and save customers the pain.

If your in the mood for waiting for ages while the polar icecaps melt and this world meets its inevitable doom as well as items being left out of your order 100% of the time then this place will not disappoint.

I wIated 15 minutes to be served other customers 8 of them very angry that they had waited 30 mintes even people in the drive thru came in complaining, the place was the dirtiest kfc i have ever been, i eventually walked and went elsewhere
I will strongly adice people never to go there, no explanations were given even after i asked why am i standing here and not being served

Lost count on how many times this store has gotten my order wrong. Only 2 customers there tonight and they still got the contents of my twister box wrong.

Went through drive through.what I got was flat pancake burgers.
Wrong burger meal to begin with.
Soggy chips.
Scraps for popcorn chicken.
No salt when asked for extra salt.
Just gross food. Waste of money.
Lesson learnt never again!

Just bought a meal at this store (drive thru). When I got home, open the box and see terrible food. Wicked wings are all burn dark. Chips are undercooked almost white.
Terrible!

The absolute worst KFC in Melbourne never have anything ready never prepared shocking service if I could if it zero stars I would!

Whole place was run by trainees all 5 orders were incomplete, no drinks were given and had to be reminded. Also the scauces were hard to get in the order because they didnt believe that we paid for them 2x scauces each.

Poorest and worst customer service in food chain. Kfc noble park and kfc dandenong plaza the staff seemed they dont like their work. They dont smile and always looks tired. I have to shout "hello" after standing or 7mins no one attending to serve me. The staff doesnt even how to apologized. Instead the girl ask me "yeah what do you want? " I'll never recommend this!

Possibly the worst kfc in all of melbourne, do your self a favour and drive an extra 10 minutes down the road to springvale junction kfc.
1st time i went there they ran out of chicken.
2nd time i went there i had a bread clip in my burger
3rd time i went there i had to wait "10 minutes" for chicken which turned into a 25 minute wait, then they get to my car and tell me they ran out of wicked wings while i was waiting and i would have to wait for them to be cooked!

Friendly staff & well cooked food. I was even given a free chocolate mousse for waiting patiently.

Tuesday nights around 6pm usually have about 15-20 minute wait times for chicken! Unsure about other days.

Check your order while still at the counter. Almost every time we have ordered, something was missing or wrong.

KFC Noble Park is not a welcoming place and is always in a disgraceful state. We have been to this specific KFC multiple times and it is always a mess. The chicken strips always seem to shrink each visit and aren't satisfying. I hope my review makes a difference because actions need to be taken.

Worse fast food in victoria.bunch of dumbAss kids workin there i mean mocking around there. Made a mistake and double charged me.

Dirty KFC. Always rubbish, unprofessional stuff playing around and orders always wrong. It's worth just driving to the next one.

If you want your KFC cooked fresh the minute you pay for your order, this KFC is the place to go. Just beware of the wait time because there are alot of people going there

Chicken I got today was not crispy at all.very very dissapointed. After bringing home only we noticed it. Otherwise we would have return it back asap. Worst chicken ever from a KFC. This outlet ruins the name of KFC brand even.

This is my go-to KFC and I've never really had any issues here. Food is always as expected - never dried out, never get the order wrong. Seems to have a high staff turn over but that's to be expected. Place is usually clean. In a very convenient location. Overall a good KFC

Service wasn't there. Manger and staff standing talking while customers waiting to be serve. Bin over flow, tables sticky, toilet is filthy. Food had a mix of old and fresh chickens

When I went to KFC, this amazing, lovely girl named Stacey served me. She was one of the nicest staff members I have ever seen. She gave me a great big smile, was very kind and very confident in herself. This KFC is the best one ever! I am so down to come back again. Stacey, you made my day:) She was the best team member ever! (Better than the other ones). Can't wait to come back again! Thanks Stacey!
