KFC Noble Park

That was awful! Never again! Cold, undercooked chips, snd a plain Zinger burger instead of a bacon and cheese one! The hot and spicy chicken pieces wete hard and inedible. The nuggets were just ok. We had vegemite sandwiches instead.

I went to this place 23/9/23 last night with my client, he only had cash to pay only to be told they don’t except cash, I spoke with a manager by the name of Zach, If it wasn’t for me paying with my own card he wouldn’t have got his meal, my client has a disability he doesn’t understand these policies and procedures thrown at him, we will be back in 3 weeks hopefully these procedures do change, as my client does live close by and has always attended this store.

Very poor service unskilled staff. Not busy still taking so long to make order. I order 10 piece chicken they gave me 3 drumsticks 4 wings small piece and 3 breast pieces after 30 minutes wait.i don’t want to give even one star.

Never go here, simple order of 10 wicked wings, staff puts some of Ickes wings in the box and goes around does something else, chats with other staff and gives me the box, I ask is it 10 wicked wings, she says yes, on my way to car luckily I checked and only 8 were there, she says there is not 10 in there, I counted in front of her and told her I asked you specifically, she says sorry in a time as if I should just accept the sorry and take 2 more and go. Very poor service. Never going back there again.

Went through drive through. The girl told me they weren't taking drive through orders and immediately as I pulled around I watched a drive through orders being passed through the window. I wouldn't bother going here, the one on the junction has better customer service.

Queued for fifteen minutes just to be told they don't take cash: ironic because if it's for covid safety they also don't have a hand washing station that doesn't require touching multiple toilet doors. One star for the fairly nice front counter.

There's a much better KFC just down the road.

I have visited your store (Drive-thru) Terrifying staff. No greeting, extremely rude. I don’t know where these people come from but there is absolutely no manner. Customer service is far away from their understanding.

The staff who work in the drive-thru is so impolite and annoying today (10th August, 9 pm). She kept asking what was the order again and again even though I repeat them many times clearly. Then she stayed quiet for a few seconds, during that time I heard her talking with someone and then she start to ask me again. They're acting like childish behavior.

We ordered three pieces of hot and spicy chicken and we got NORMAL chicken that came with the size of popcorn chicken. If you want your money ripped off, go here. Otherwise please avoid this KFC at any cost

Not great bought for for the family dropped the food off just to fond out a couple hours later they forgot some of the items that I had pay for not a great experience to be honest

Service was great
And the food was fresh
Got what I ordered for
Some other KFC places keep stuffing up on orders.but this overall was great
Chicken was delicious
Ask for thighs and drumsticks and got what I asked for.thanks

Staff is very slow and careless.
They seem like they don't want work or serve anyone.
I've ordered zinger box and just to order my meal took 15min.

It's not really good to waste 15min. To order a meal for person who only has 30min. Lunch time Break.

One of the worst service i wish i could give them zero star.if you don’t want to cook chicken after 10pm then why you open till 11pm.just close it at 10pm and go home.don’t waste time of customers.

USELESS as always.i really should learn to look before i drive off. Its not the first time but will def be the last. ZINGER stacker burger and told to wait and they would bring it outside. Waited for 10 minutes and nothing. Drove around the drive through one more time and waited another 10 mins and then come home and its not even the right burger. Tried the number and no answer. USELESS Staff

Service is terrible. Staff are not trained and don't have customer service skills. Also Got the order wrong. Friday evening shift staff members if you don't like to work there get a job that you good at because of your service I won't be eating at your restaurant. Seriously think about it

One restaurant that I have been experiencing consistently low quality product (Multiple cases of different issues)
Today will be the last time I visited this store. Absolutely disgusting food. I won’t even bother doing a follow up with them because even if I get a replacement meal, it is going to be filthy.
Never have I had burnt KFC chicken ever before, but I did today. The smell of the burnt chicken still makes me feel sick.
Keep out of this store at any cost.

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to.
Rude and arrogant through drive through, cutting me off while ordering.
Had so much sauce in my twister It felt like a soup, wrong salad in it and no salt on chips when I asked for extra.

Just don’t know why they have such bad attitude every time.
No more kfc noble park for me.

Hit and miss service quality. But only kids serving with no apparant supervision. However they do try though.

I bought a box and they dinner put a spoon or a napkin. Went inside the store and they refused to give give me one. So that was fun

The chicken is over cooked, chips are undercooked, staff are rude, it took forever so the food was cold. I don’t even know what they have done to the potato and gravy. Will not be buying from here again
