KFC Noble Park

I visited this store around 6.30pm on a Saturday night to be told that the drive through was closed but I'm not sure why because when I went inside there were plenty of staff on. In saying that the service was absolutely shocking. I ordered the feast meal and wasn't asked if I wanted an add on. I waited and waited for someone to turn around with other customers behind who were waiting to be served. The staff were taking there time with a can't be bothered attitude and no sense of urgency. Apart from that the shop is very dirty and dicusting.

Drive through constantly not working so much for fast food not ti mention they wanted me to come inside with this heavy rain yeah nope

Had obvious different batchs of chicken tonight, one been nicely cooked the other very obviously burnt and not nice at all to eat, in the bin it went

Quick meal tonight you would think ordered a family feast along with other items. Got home and it was that oily that the bottom of the box disintegrated due to the amount of excess oil. Thanks for nothing, KFC except the heart attack that would occur if you ate it.

Every now and then they run out of chicken.

Edit: 26/01/21 during covid spoke to the drive thru attendant and queried why he nor the cashier chick weren't wearing masks. He claimed they didn't need to and they remained 1.5mtrs apart AND no PPE. Handling food with no gloves or similar. Snapped a photo of them and drove off Thanking them for the food.
This occurrence happened twice, two days before this occurance. Yeap I returned after the first time.

A friend stopped by there but brought enough to feed an army and this army enjoyed every last bit of the freshest chicken I've had from KFC and they apply the perfect amount of seasonal salt to there fries

Although they are just kids, i like the manager to know that staying masked and hygenic is utmost importance these days.

To the Manager. I. Have been buying chicken at your branch for last 22 years or so and have had no complaints, but at about 5: 30 this evening I bought 10 wicked wings and was very disappointed to find they were very overcooked and dry! Disappointing️

Terrible customer service the manager didn't even want to talk too us left it to his co-workers, We ordered one dipping box and one full hour later we get the box cold.and without our drinks ️ easily the worst KFC I have ever been too

Worst FOOD EVER in fact all KFC the chicken is bland lost the herbs and spices. KFC IS BY FAR PATHETIC AND A RIP OFF
The coating is just flour no taste. Too greasy

Don't know what it is with this particular KFC, everytime we go there we have to wait. The last time it was a 30 minute wait, we said no thank you and gave it a miss. Won't go back.

Horrinle. Stuffed up order and recieved a voucher to return. Used the vouchwr amd it was worse then the meal beforehand. Slimey chips soggy nuggets no sauce. Only went here due to being close to a friend. Never return.

Wish I could give a no stars at all. Customer service is shocking. Bought a twister recently. Looked like it was a slider.

Terrible service. Got our order wrong 4 times and closed the sliding glass drive through window each time without checking. Short rude and grumpy. In the end our order was still wrong but we just left and gave up.

Just ordered through Menulog, half the order was replaced with an item not ordered and then it was missing 2 large potato and gravy. The rest was oily and soggy. Wouldn't waste another cent purchasing anything from here.

The staff all wander around casually, no one smiles, there's no hustle in their step! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

There is always one item missing from my order every time i buy from this restaurant. Apart from that food is fine and the restaurant itself is reasonable.

This KFC has fallen, absolutely a disgrace.where is the manager on site? Where is the quality of customer service and care? How many times do you need to repeat yourself before getting what you want? And then coming home to see it’s not even what you ordered? Pick up your game! Check your staff and restaurant.place is a dogs breakfast.
