KFC Noble Park

Worse service ever, almost all staff are careless and not caring anything. They put hardly 3-4 fries in go bucket and all the time nuggets are fries are uncooked. When you buy anything they always always make mistakes. If we ask to do it correctly they fight. They have just few positive views which are from their own people but most people came here to comment how bad they are.
I don’t know why the main management doesn’t take it seriously. But anyway soon they have to pay what they do.

This store is always clean, well staffed & always polite, friendly & helpful. The food is always fresh & hot.

It’s a worst KFC in Melbourne, staff is highly unprofessional rude and careless, whenever you go there’s a 25 minutes wait on anything you order and it ends up waiting for 50 minutes and still they don’t bring you the right order.whoever is the owner he should sell it to someone who’s interested to run this business.

Great place to drop in never too busy because they run smoothly, always a great stop after the kids have flogged it out at weekend sports

Staff and customer service isn't great. The food can be hot and miss as far as quality, freshness and serving sizes.

Drive through was horrendous and so I decided to walked in stood there for I reckon more then 10 minutes no one was acknowledges me not even great me or let me know there are delayed nothing. There was a guy at the back doing something pretend they not seeing me standing there also there was a girl came to the counter placed the drink back to me for one of the customer waited on the side. I was like hello let me know what's going on? Everyone was walking pass the counter not even say a word. Everyone just walking around like a modelling around pretend they too cool to work in KFC

3rd time, thought given them a chance to fix it. Chicken was soggy, original recipe pack had the smallest pieces ever! 2x tiny wings and small drum sticks.bought a family feast box and returned it straight away as nuggets and everything was clumped together and was so soggy, gave a new box but wasn't much better

Food is always prepared well. Staff are professional and friendly. Chips are always salted perfectly.yummo.

Drive thru service sucks. Most of the time they’ll ask for your order twice and they still get your order wrong. Chips are always soggy and batter on chicken can often not be completely cooked. Considering they use timers for consistency when cooking their food this may suggest that employees don’t clean their fryers often if at all.
Probably a borderline health risk.

I am so disappointed with the way staff take the order through drive thru, not even considering that they are talking to someone and even after confirming twice, we didn’t receive the order what has been asked. Paid 13.55 for zinger box and asked to replace gravy with chips. But just got one chips and gravy. I look like they didn’t really pack food but through in the box. This is not first time. It is not always convenient to go back and tell them. I suggest some of the staff need to work on their attitude. You are not donating burgers, we are paying guys.sorry we came to your store. Will not come again.

Do you think they can fill the popcorn chicken go box. Had to take it back last time get again and what do I get not full again. Not Happy

So stingy! I've requested for extra sauce in my slider and extra sprinkle of salt on my Popcorn chicken and I have agreed to pay more and yet my requests were not honoured.

Went around 9: 30 PM. The lady at the counter didn't have her mask on despite the inside mask rules. She was looking up on the roof when talking to me. So disrespectful. The chicken roll we got was cold. Hopefully I never will have to go there again.

Shy the store manger is so rude, store was over half an hour late with an order and her explanation was she is trying to train 15year olds. Swears on the phone and hung up while I was mid sentence. She is only 18 so I understand that she felt pressure but KFC should not be training so many new staff allowing someone who clearly needs the support of higher management.

Ordered food and was waiting for 15mins and when I approached the counter they said the food will take another 30mins. So 45mins wait for kfc? What a joke. This is not acceptable. Staff don't care. Very very bad service.

Driven thru was not attended for anyone. I had to leave my car and go inside to get food. Also it took time to get a simple Zinger box.

My husband went to the store at 10.30pm to order 10 chicken wings. One of the staff members said they sold out all the chicken wings and suggest him to buy something similar. That staff memeber end up sold him 4-5 pieces of cold chicken breast instead. Are u searious? Chicken wings and chicken breast are similar? And they were cold, soggy.i mean they were not even hot at all. I just wonder how long have them been out side or because u guys were about to close to u dont want to through them in the bin and sold for customer instead. My house is just 5mins away so dont even blame about the distance. What kind of customer service you are. My first time and also last time visit.

This KFC is good, except there are a low amount of workers here… Food here is usually good although sometimes the portions can be rather small.
