66Understaffed. Staff show irration when serving you. Washroom is unclean and doesn't have soap in the dispenser. At the same time the food wasn't as advertised
Chips never have enough salt on them and slightly undercooked. Popcorn chicken is also average. Don’t recommend
I am after one thing more than anything else when it comes to fast food: consistency. Every time I go there, I want the same thing, done the same way.
Far as I can tell, staff turn over at this place is so frequent that no one's there long enough to learn how to get things right. Let alone do them in a timely manner. It's been awhile since I've come away with here remotely happy.
Staff need to learn what items are on the burgers instead of saying 'its not my job to know that'. Then not even offering to find out! Step up your training on customer service KFC
I am not a fan of fried chicken and often dislike KFC because most stores overcook their chicken to hell.
KFC Mornington has the best KFC I've had, but I usually partake in their chips and other sides. They're very good.
I'm still not a big fan of fried chicken though haha
