KFC Mornington

Just wasted over 10 minutes of my 45 minute lunch in the drive through only to be told that thier order system has been out of order for the last 15 minutes. Lots of people waiting in vain for service.not good enough at all.at least put a sign up at the drive through entrance or post a staff member there (god knows they aren't cooking) to let drive through customers know the situation and not waste thier time waiting. Use some common sense guys.

Poor food quality useless staff unhelpful have to repeat yourself when ordering your meal through drive thru multiple times dont get what you order get filthy looks and very rude attitude people who work there i will never go there again very disappointed

Went there a week ago. Not too busy. However they managed to get the order wrong and not all items in the bag.

This KFC in Mornington is so incosistant with its food preparation. Sometimes the burgers are tasty and hot. Today and on most occasions the burger has a strange flavour that is not chicken and the chips are bland and under cooked. The seasoning is either none, or overdone.
Come on guys, time to clean your act up.

Absolutely appaling service and food sat down to eat a meal could hear staff out the back swearing and carrying on had one staff member mopping the floor around us and under our feet and the food was well below satisfactory inedible

Found a very awful piece of chicken on my pack tonight. I wonder how long they've re-heated it for.

NOT HAVING KFC AT ALL

Cold Chips hair in nuggets and burgers were cold.
Went to get a meal refund/return and it took 20+ mins to make.
Oh and didn't get the sauce we wanted.
How do I give no stars?

Fast service time, but at times when ive bought from this store, Tenders have been very dry same with nuggets. Also have been here and been told there out of chicken, believe it or not.

Stepped out of Adairs and the smell of cooking KFC made us decided thats gonna be our dinner. Do it once and will never again. The Chips at mornington outlet are soggy. It is not hard to fry the chips. Got variety pack for take away, when straight home, open the pack, everything in it is just seemed it has been in the pack for a while. Worst dinner decision ever, dont do it if you're thinking about it.

What has happened to customer service. KFC mornington is awful.it's dirty it's slow.staff joking around while 12+ people wait for their FAST food.it's a joke. Not even the drive through works.why do we support these multi billion dollar chains when the staff couldn't give a stuff about customers.bring back proper service.

Bins inside shop overflowing dirty tables.so if your eating rooms dirty just imagine the cooking area

The attitude there tonight, after they literally forgot our order, then mischarged us. Seriously suuuuucks.

Seriously how hard is it to get a simple order right!?
Can't even add extra salt, tight arses, think your employees need to realise they work in fast food.

Pretty average KFC, chicken was really dry.staff was kinda friendly although there was a tall, lanky, blond kid out the back that wouldn't stop staring at me.

Ridiculously long wait i ordered 5 thigh pieces and 5 drumsticks at 4.05 pm on Saturday 29th December and got served at 4.42 the people who were in front of me had finished their meal and had left before I was served never going back

Would be ok if they employed compitant staff.
Have been served by the same boy three times and he stuffed the first order up 3 times, second time he almost gave me my food for nothing and then dropped some of the food on the ground at drive through with a dull look on his face. Third time he is trying to put chips in the box dropping many of them on the floor. Total incompetence.

Chips are usually under cooked and not salted always check the lettuce in burgers ect as it is usually gone brown and gross. Have contact the store several times about this but nothing has seemed to have changed.

No Eftpos in drive thru. Didn't ask me if I wanted to take away and therefore didn't put any of my food in bags.

Consistently leave salt off the chips, Burgers sometimes cold and look like they have been thrown together and fall out when you open them. No care or pride taken with this store on a regular basis.
