KFC Mornington

Last night at 8: 30pm there was one car in drive thru who wasnt served for at least 3 min then when it came to my turn i wasnt served for the same amount of time.i was repeating Hello! Hello! Hello! It was such a long wait i started talking to myself “how long does this thing take! Seriously there is no one inside the Resturant, what’s wrong with these people! Clearly no ones working! Then this guy get on the speaker to drive thru and says to me “we will not be serving you tonight” i said “are u serious this is a joke! ” He simply repeated himself again to which i said i will be speaking to the owner about this! He then screamed “you can tell Gary what ever u like! ” So Gary ur staff are useless, their service is appalling and that guy on last night should not be a representative of ur business. I will never forget his voice and as long as he works there i will not give you my business.

No eftpos through drive through for the last three weeks and you don't find out till your about to order so you have to wait for the cars in front of you to get their order because you are jammed in then you park your car to go in because somehow eftpos is working inside and it's packed I mean fully packed 45 minutes later your out of there management should be sacked they should a sign out the drive through before you drive I find it impossible for eftpos not working in drive through because it all in the store tax purposes I think

Seriously! The dirtiest KFC I have ever set foot in. The tables looked like they were wiped down with a dirty dishcloth. Food was all over the floor; all the glass surfaces were smeared, the entrance door was not working. Patrons needed to get up and open the door for people wanting to enter. I was working, so l had to sit inside. Very bad!

Staff were swearing amongst each other, tables were all dirty and chicken tasted like dry old boots, never again.

The owner should be ashamed of themselves and their restaurant. It's got to be the worst KFC in Australia, from missing orders to raw chicken and to say they ran out of chip on one occasion and on other occasion they ran of chicken and wicket wings. Can't blame the workers as they are only kid's, but in saying that, they do need to pull their fingers out of their something. And the only one around this area to choose from not good enough, and yes I know it's a KFC but surely they have standards too.

Every time I order from here the food quality is really bad. There is always no salt on most of the food and the chicken is not even crunchy or cooked well. I just got my wicked wings and they were all raw it was so inedible. I know it’s easy to order from here but paying almost $50 for bad and raw food is unbelievable. Even when there was no one waiting for food I still had to wait 15 minutes for it. I’m assuming that me and my family won’t be ordering from here anymore unless we are desperate to not cook. Hopefully the kitchen staff shape up with their cooking and serve food that people can actually eat. Still wondering how they messed up this bad!

So making and receiving our order was simple and efficient. Food was probably the best KFC I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, juicy chicken and the coating was really beautifully cooked. This was the fourth KFC we'd been to in 45mins due to drive thru lines out of the carpark and on the road and dine in was a minimum 30min wait. This restaurant was full at 1.30pm teenaged males spreading themselves like they owned the place, leaving a mess all over the tables and surrounding floor. If it wasn't for my elderly mother craving KFC we would have left. The floor was filthy, your shoes stuck with every step. I had to clean the only empty table that was full of rubbish and smeared with mashed potatoe and drink. I saw one staff member do any type of cleaning - he wiped a table for himself and sat down.
If your only gonna employ kids for cheap labour atleast have someone in charge for hygiene

Extremely disappointed because yet again my order was incorrect it was missing original recipe chicken, tenders, nuggets and popcorn chicken all replaced with bread rolls don’t bother ordering from them it is an utter waist of money nay as well eat that…!

Ordered the family feast plus 12 nuggets in the drive through, get to the window and he said $43 and some change, I said why didn’t you sell me the giant feast with more chicken and more nuggets for the same price! He said sorry and sent me on my way, driving off I noticed I didn’t get my coleslaw drove back in to get it only to be told they run out “sorry would you like something else” - they must have been hoping I wouldn’t notice until I got home. When I got home I found the nuggets were over cooked and 8 chicken pieces were tiny wings.

Literally the slowest and worst service I have ever experienced… not just one off! Every time!
I cringe every time the family want KFC and actually consider driving 20klm to the next one… purely to avoid the Slothville at KFC Mornington

Lovely food great customer service but store was not clean. Concidering it's covid times their was plenty of rubbish everywhere. All out the front on the ground and even though floor looked as if it was cleaned it was very sticky. Needs a good clean. But staff was great service and nice food would have given more stars if cleaner.

Food is average but no disabled toilet not happy with KFC and council also only 1 disabled parking for KFC and Hungry Jacks

Service through drive through absolutely appallingly the young employee stated no chicken drumsticks only wings available and failed to inform that there was going to be a 5min wait on the wings as well if that info was told at service speaker would of cancelled order and gone somewhere else instead paid for meal then made to wait for it not what i would consider good service or fast food.

I bought two three piece feed upsized from Mornington KFC, plus an extra gravey.
Asked for fresh as I seen them put dried up chicken into my order.
I was told to wait for Fresh which I did.
On arrival back at Safety Beach, the chicken was not Fresh it was the same dried up chicken.
Not fit for human consumption, ended in bin
As aged pensioners we cannot afford wasting money like this.
After waiting for Fresh I expected Fresh
They have loss us and all our friends,
This the second time I lodged this complaint, without a reply.
And will not recommend Mornington KFC. No Stars

Honestly guys, I’ve been a loyal customer for so long now. Every single time I ask for extra salt on my chips, I still get zero salt. Please don’t make me drive all the way to Hastings kfc.

Standard KFC drive through. Order was correct, staff were friendly and food was good. Would have given five stars but the drive through was a bit slow.

The Mornington store is the dirtiest store I have ever been too. The floor was covered in food and no attempt to clean it up by staff. Not only is it a slipping hazard for customers it gives you the sense that this store does not take hygiene seriously. I did not order anything and I never will from Mornington.

Food was ok. The Restaurant was disgusting. Bins were overflowing. Floor looked like it has not be swept and mopped for a week. Table needed a good clean.

Had the zinger mozzarella double. Really tasty, the mozzarella patty was way better than the maccas one, and chicken was very moist. A+ experience
