66This is the worst KFC I've ever been to, the environment is bad, the service is bad, there is drive thru but you can't order, you have to get out of the car. You have to get out of the car to order. Every time you order something, you get less. And
Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. There was one boy working, wait time was ridiculous. Ordered 4 pieces of original recipe. Only got 2 dry shrivelled up pieces that looked like that had been sitting there or cooked a couple of times $13.80. The regular chips was in a tiny bag and half full $3.45. Fillet burger was supposed to have coleslaw and it didn’t. Total disappointing. Left a message but no return call.
WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF AND HAD TO GO AND PICK IT UP AS MENULOG SERVICE WAS DISGRACEFUL. PS WE ARE A BUSINESS LESS THAN. 5 OF A KILOMETRE AWAY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE HAD ISSUES. THE CHICKEN HOWEVER WAS VERY GOOD.

My youngest loves KFC so once or twice a month, sometimes less.
Didn't have any chicken when we came to pick up our app order.they did offer to swap out for other chicken pieces ie tenders and boneless chicken. Lucky for us the chicken appeared and they swapped it back again
Very quick and friendly service the girl on the front counter Shelby was very efficient and kept me updated when my order was slightly late getting there
Chicken tasted like it was mentally abused before being deep fried in oil that was as old as my great Uncle's Nan.
Store would have gotten more stars, the food was good, but the bins were full, to the point that everyone left everything on the table, don't think they were that busy that someone couldn't have taken the time to rectify that, if the establishment look clean and tidy 5 stars they would have received
If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to order at 6.30pm. Told after waiting 10mins that they were out of chicken pieces and there was a 20 min wait. So I ordered 2 burgers instead and chips. The chips were soggy and old, and the chicken in the burgers was hard. Needless to say it went in the bin. Definitely won’t be going back again.
This KFC is an absolute shambles - from being apparently invisible at the counter to walking out with a third of my original order.
Well cooked chicken, not overcooked.loved it. Shame about missing something from my order that I had to followup on.pays to check as they are super busy. No apology given either by young hardworking staff.

Food is what you'd expect from a KFC.
Dining area is reasonably small for it's location.yet it makes you wonder why it's not cleaner for something that takes up so little space.
Staff are as dumb as a bag of rocks, saw one of the younger male and another young female worker making fun of a disabled women that had just ordered sad to see and hear in this day and age
Chicken was oily, soggy and burned. Staff didn't seem interested and some didn't even want to be there.
Always astonished at how they never have the products they advertise. Lovely apologetic staff though.
Drive thru was simple and easy. Greeted by nice and sweet staff. However, don’t let that fool you. The food was atrocious - one of the worst KFC I’ve ever had. Not enough seasoning on the fries and it’s stale. Zinger burgers were not fresh and dry. Wicked wings were not fresh, cold, and not crispy anymore. Chicken tender was small, stale, and miserable. Popcorn chicken was disappointing, cold, and not fresh.
We thought the 3* review rating was bogus and was willing to give this KFC a try but I guess it was true. Nasty and disappointing food but great customer service.
Took a hour to order and revive my meal just I am diabetic and you have given me normal Pepsi and I order Pepsi max (no sugar) and I am diabetic great job
Very disappointed.our fried chicken was dripping with oil.tables and floors were filthy with food.and had to pay cash inside and card was thru drive thru.we won't be going back.sad to think it's in mornington
Place is absolutely total mess, rubbish everywhere, not clean in anyway. Management not doing there job.
Cold, stale and my drink of choice was out of stock again - this seems to be pretty standard practise for KFC on the Mornington Peninsula these days.
