72 Check your bag on bigger orders, 3 times something was left out, even on a return complimentary order we had to go back because part order left out.
Never again!
This branch is pretty bad, and I love KFC. Chicken and chips were soggy and the entire floor was sticky. I think someone spilt soda everywhere and the teenage staff could not care less about it
Slow service i bought few items and in one of them is maxi popcorn chicken and they filled only half
Drive through staff are HOPELESS. After months of going there and them getting simple orders wrong, our staff will no longer be going to that KFC. Appalling.
Store is always dirty, bits of food and wrappers on tables and floor, bins overflowing. I've been to this KFC on 3 or 4 occasions now, each time my order has been wrong. Last visit to this store the hot and spicy fillets in my burgers were rubbery and pink inside, never again.
Took a while for the food to be served even after pre-ordering and clicking im inside restaurant at the car park. Took maybe 10 or 15 minutes. For prepaid orders it should have been fulfilled under 5 minutes.
Went and the food was good as it always is at kfc it just didnt look like the seating areas had been cleaned in a while. Other than that it was great
Ordered a zinger twister meal. The chicken inside wrap was stone cold and chips had no salt despite me asking for extra salt. The service provided by young female cashier was 5 star however the poor quality of food made experience here a negative one. Will not be returning.
Went on my 30 mn break, took my order after 6 mn and got my order after 18 mn had to finish my burger in 5 mn, had to run back to work
The food was not good, and the staff was not friendly either. I was the only person wanted to order, and the girl there was behaving like I only have 10 sec to tell her what I want! She was not even able to explain the difference between two items on the menu.
Would have to be one of the most dirty KFC outlets i have been to. Toilets were filthy and no soap. Need to lift your game Store manager!
