Worst KFC ever and it's bloody filthy. Check out the pigeons inside, perhaps they are fattening them up for the fryer. I note a review a few months ago mentions them, looks like they have done nothing to address this health hazard.

I find this KFC to be the Worst in Melbourne!
I have had the misfortune of purchasing from this outlet on several occasions, they close at 10.00pm, at 9.30pm, last night l drove into drive thru & ordered the Bucket of chicken pieces, it was foul over cooked dark brown and hard as rocks, in other words it had been thrown back into the deep fryer & re - cooked a second time, anyone who knows about cooking could tell the difference between fresh cooked & re-cooked food.
2 of the pieces were bones crumbed and deep fried " disgraceful "
It is against Health Regulations to re-cook Chicken!

I put the Chicken Bucket where it belonged in the bin, having worked as a Mistery Shopper for years, l have to say this KFC in MOUNT ALEXANDER RD, MOONEE MONDS IS A TOTAL DISGRACE.
The chips are drowned in salt, soggy soft, Burgers are chicken gristle instead of a fillet of chicked!

They are what we term as lazy money hungry management, if you are not prepared to cook fresh food for your customer's then get out of the fast food chain of business!
I'm still feeling a bad review will not improve the standard of service, so l will be reporting them for re-selling old cooked chicken, that has been cooked a second time, this can cause serious health issues for people buying fast food with the blind belief they are safe to eat it!
THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE CONTACTED, SO THIS OUTLET CAN BE INVESTIGATED.
PLEASE DEMAND FRESH COOKED FOOD WHEN ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS STORE, YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY ARE FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN A TRIP TO HOSPITAL OR WORSE.

I get delivered last nights 10 pieces with the sides, I'm really sorry for the kfc in this location, they send me cold, uncooked, smash, really bad things, and because they only in the doordash app i couldn't do anything about it, never ever try it again, the kfc have do something about this kitchen

Waited forever in drive through, because there's no waiting bay. Id suggest ordering inside next time.

The dining area is filthy l, but the food is great. Recomend you take your food away and eat elsewhere. The park is very close and is really beautiful.

Everything about my meal on Friday 11th June was terrible. Bought from drive thru at around 4pm. Terrible service. Missing part of the meal. Chicken was tiny and over cooked. Chips were horrible. If that’s what they are serving up it’s hard to imagine hard they stay in business

This KFC is amazing! The ladies working on Tuesday night provided incredible customer service! Unfortunately the store is so messy especially the bathroom the guy at the counter on Tuesday seemed like too fussed about it. I would have thought KFC would have the same high standards as McDonald's.

If you actually want some good food go and make the drive KFC Coburg i did this and it was worth my time KFC Coburg chicken and amazing staff team are splendid

It was very grubby on a recent visit, unfortunately that seems to be normal for KFC these days. The photo's don't really show how grubby it was, I wouldn't consider eating in.

The place is quiet, but the whole place is covered in rubbish and grime.
Also, isn't there still a mask mandate in place? Yet no staff wearing a mask. Most staff aren't using gloves. Plus that's a pigeon eating off the table in the second photo. Pretty filth.

When they get it right it's great - not greasy, chicken moist, chips crispy - most times they get it wrong though.and the stars need to align for everything to be perfect

Not only did I struggle to find a parking because my car will not fit through the drive thru, but when I went in there and ordered a bacon and cheese zinger the cashier told me they do not sell bacon.even though a "bacon and cheese zinger" was being advertised on the board right infront of me, then I asked for the manager who then told me we have bacon in the freezer and we don't cook it unless ordered and would be a 15 min wait. I should mention before any of this, I had ALREADY paid for my BACON and cheese zinger. Should probably advertise otherwise about that burger

Went through drive-thru. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked them to repeat back my order. Received the wrong burger so had to get it changed. The replacement burger looked rough like it had been man handled and re-wrapped. The zinger chicken was dry and chewy, tasted old. The bread was cold. Chips were over cooked and unsalted. Overall, poor service and poor quality food. Avoid this KFC.

One of the worst KFC I have experienced in my life. Dry chicken, do not care attitude, dirty floors are few things. When it closes 10pm midnight, you can not get anything after 9pm. Nothing will be available to consume. You will never miss bad experience when you visit there. Retarded staff never bring your order. You cannot blame them. They are school leavers with no manners working for cheap rates.

Usually decent customer service, however there's also usually has bad quality food or a wrong order. I try to avoid buying burgers from this particular store, due to past experiences, including the time I ordered a burger and there was no lettuce and the bacon was practically inedible.

The drive through is usually pretty quick but if you go in store prepare for a long wait and little service! Chips are consistently undercooked and soggy but the chicken and burgers are pretty good. Store is usually kept fairly tidy and there's heaps of parking

I have to agree with everyone posting 1 star here, this place is dirty and the chicken is gross, if you want an inch of fat on the bottom of a bucket of chicken go here.

It's your basic KFC, nothing overly special but it gets the job done. Drive through is a bit hard to navigate though, it's a weird layout.

The fries wings were one of the best i've had in KFC. However the dinning space was dirty.trashes overflowing from the bin and every table full of crumbs.they definitely need to pay better attention to the cleanliness of the store to match with the delicious fried chicken they make.
