It's a Kentucky fried chicken store, service was very slow although the staff were polite and friendly

One of the better Colonel's, food & service wise, still a bit mucky on the floors there but I know schoolkids rampage there after 3: 30 so must be a hectic cleanup.

Waited in drive through for 30 min got home order was wrong, went back to store so I could get order fixed only to get home and yet again wrong and then on returning to store to get fixed I was told we are short staffed and busy so I was lucky to get what I got. When spending $80 plus dollars I expect to get what I've played for.

Florence had excellent customer service and left us feeling very satisfied and happy with our KFC experience thank Florence

Standard KFC fare which is always good. The tenders were particularly well done. What made the visit special though, were the looks my companion received. He was wearing a boiler suit, which on its own these days is odd enough, with a missing sleeve. Odd fellow that Finn.

Would go zero stars if possible.
Took our money then claimed to be closed at 7: 30pm.
Despite being full of people (I'm assuming a party held by the young staff without consulting the necessary higher ups outside of the manager).

Absolutely apalling. Even when they're open they always get orders wrong or undercooked, just disappointment after disappointed.

Save your hard earned cash or eat somewhere else.

Had a very friendly experience with a front of house server named Isaac I.super easy going and helpful

The chips has no seasoning. The chicken was under-seasoned as well. The service was ok, but it wasn't spectacular.

Been going to this KFC, for many year's now.
Love it.
Hate it wen it's busy, as there is either 1 or 2 people serving. The line has been outside the door.
If I'm having a good day like today, I'll go n have lunch.
Otherwise it's really yummy food.

Terrible, terrible. Avoid. I ordered a box meal and got the wrong thing even after i questioned it via drive through. Go else where!

Really nice venue. Everytime i go there i get fresh products. I mean really fresh as if like they were just made straight out of a fryer/ oven. Staffs are really good and friendly too in most of the chain fast food they pre make everything and just heat and servem but i found different in here. Better than any KFC I've been. Even my friends share same experience too.

Absolutely no one wearing a mask including the shift manager. Sitting on their chin at best. Food is always fine but very slow. No motivation like you'd see at Macca's.

Very sad state this KFC. Poor and long wait for service. Had the wait 7-10 minutes to get served in an empty store. Uber delivery drivers walk in and out while I wait. The staff clearly don't like it here.

Service and staff good. A little bit hectic outside where they are having upgrade of paving? Or something else. Obviously the works will finish soon.

Kfc is a disgusting franchise with only disgusting greasy fast food.

However the car park here serves a great service for all the nearby restaurants and shops, some if which are excellent.

So while I wouldn't wish eating KFC on my wrist enemy, I do suggest you come here, park your car and then enjoy one of the many other better places to eat.

Went to this KFC stores drive through today at about 1.45pm.the girl on the drive through window was lovely. My KFC was amazing. The best I have had for a long time. So juicy not dry cooked to perfection. Well done everyone at this KFC. I will definitely be back.

Rude staff, slow service and most of the times the food quality is bad. Different times the order is wrong too. The only KFC that is near my area so have to go there when i feel like KFC

Worst service, my order has been sitting literally in front of them for 10 mins and they ask me to wait, to give me cold food

Fantastic knowledgeable service! The worker named teague plays a huge asset to this fast food restaurant! The staff in here has me always coming back such hard working and determined people, I ordered a zinger box and it was so Fresh imma tell you that def worth the wait!

I have no idea how this store is open. They should be closed down by the health department as the teenage staff are highly unprofessional and in party mode and their lack of mask wearing by ALL staff clearly breaches health orders.
