KFC Moonee Ponds

Been going to this kfc for a while now, and time and time again without fail either my chips are cold or they forgot an item in my order whether its in-person or over uber eats they struggle to do a single thing right, even though this store is anything but busy. And dont bother going inside you will probably get a disease from the amount of pigeons that just live in there.would give 0/5 if i could

Absolutely disgusting!
Ordered a zinger box and the burger had a few shreds of lettuce on it that were brown, the bun seemed like it was expired, the chips were stale and cold, didn’t get any wicked wings but two random boneless pieces and the gravy tasted really odd like it wasn’t made properly. Had to throw it away because it was making me feel sick.

Good place to eat if you're in hurry and hungry there's drive through, outside and inside dinning areas, parking lots good friendly services. I visited today for lunch really enjoyed it settled down for 2 zinger boxes smash them both there's public toilet close by, busy location and all public transport connects from here.

The shop meant to close at 10: 30 but they ALWAYS CLOSE AT 10: 00, and the staff is just walking around the shop n not helping

Restaurant was filthy, the young girl on duty was rude and for $3.45 for a regular chips this is what we got! Terrible

The worst kfc I have ever had I will start with the birds inside the most un clean kfc service what service and everything was burnt and non edible do not be surprised if you get food pionsing from this kfc employees yelling needs to be orderted asap or shutdown

Been there a few times now and food comes cold, always out of something and have had issues every time

The customer service is abysmal.
The door doesn't work and the person on the counter was asking the customers to open to door for other customers rather than doing anything himself. He took the wrong order and rudely threw in the gravy when inquired. He acted as if he is doing a favor by serving the customers. The food served was cold. The chicken was soggy and soft. The fries were still frozen and white. The guy at the counter argued that it's hot even though the other customers complained of the same. When asked for a refund he changed me again and didn't bother to check.

Ordered a zinger bacon and cheese box and received normal zinger, drove home then came back to get the correct order and they add mayo to the zinger bacon and cheese and then also gave me back the now cold chips and chicken from the first box and the staff all looked half asleep and just no care what so ever

This kfc is even worse than the kfc that closed down on Sydney rd, Brunswick a few years ago…. Hope you pick up all the food and rubbish on the dining room floors and your bad customer service before this happens to you. GO TO KEILOR ROAD STORE PEOPLE JUST UP THE ROAD INSTEAD

Review by Jason PALMER: Ordered a 3 Piece Box from KFC Moonee Ponds at 2030hrs, this is what was delivered. Dinner roll was flat and completely stale and, well I still don't know exactly what was put in the box as representation of chicken but it appeared to be mostly uncooked. Took it back to Moonee Ponds, the girl at the counter was lovely if a little embarrassed when I produced the roll and I accept that they cannot produce a refund if ordered through Uber Eats, the manager could not have been any less interested in what I produced to him. I asked him if he would serve the dinner roll to his family and he quickly said No, as well as the poor people awaiting their orders. No apologies offered, no offers to compensate (with actual chicken). He just didn't seem to get the concept that even though Uber Eats delivered, his staff packed the box with the stale squashed roll and whatever the hell else that was to give to the delivery driver. The Franchisee's should be ashamed of the standards of this restaurant. Just not good enough. A quick sprint up the road to KFC Keilor Road, produced a 3 piece box, fantastic, friendly customer service even though they were closing. Go there people.

Just the filthy place to stand around waiting for an hour to be served cold food by arrogant clueless children with no supervision or accountability. This place needs to be closed down.

Drive through was very slow despite only 2 cars in front of us. Chips hand no seasoning on them.

They got the order wrong of the people on front of me twice, and failed to put lettuce and cheese in my zinger stacker. I was too hungry to notice until I almost finished it. Food was ok, I didn't get food poisoning but the service was terrible.

Tonight was the rudest and worst treatment ever received from a KFC staff person named, Kevin working at Moonee Ponds KFC. He refused to replace a bottle of soft drink that had been purchased at the Moonee Pond outlet. The seal was broken and appeared to have a small amount of soft drink missing (maybe a couple of sips) The intention was to return the soft drink for a replacement and put in another order which also would include another soft drink. Kevin stated no way he was going to replace the soft drink that had the broken seal. When he was informed that the new order of food would have to be purchased elsewhere because of his attitude he said 'Have a good day". When he was asked his name so KFC could be informed about the disgraceful attitude of this staff member representing KFC, he said 'Good luck with that'

One guy was in the shop, waited 15 minutes, as the guy behind the counter was doing everything, the need more staff

I been here multiple times and had drinks from my order forgotten and 30 min to make a single zinger box. Customer service is also below average. Most workers just stand there looking at the orders instead of making them.

Absolute disgrace, I waited 30 minutes for my food, not even that much, I come here not to often but when I do it’s always slow service, when I opened my meal today the gravy was tipped I’ve and spread over everything, it seems to me that the workers are just chucking everything in with no care

This KFC chain produced food on the lower average scale.compared to the output of food that i could recieve 5 years ago from here, the quality has definetly gone down.
