67Worst customer service and staff always forget to put the stuff in bags. Has happened to me atleast 6 times.
Unfortunately they are hot and cold (get it!) with each visit. ALWAYS get the sauces wrong, or don't include (so don't forget to double check). Few times stuff missing - normally on the family packs.
Service pretty fast though and staff friendly.
Has KFC changed the secret herb and spice recipe/flavour of their chicken, tasted like smoked chicken.
Always something wrong. Either forgetting items, slow service, cold food. Recently gave burnt chicken.
Greasy food and a big dead blowfly on the counter! Management staff were full of attitude towards a few people while we were there! Never go there again!
Terrible when super busy burnt chicken, large chips were only three quarters full. Couldntveat the chicken had to go give it back to them. The Manager apologized and gave us another box.
Restaurant was dirty, floor filthy, every table needed cleaning inside and out. Someone was in the back barking orders at everyone which was im guessing just as unpleasant for those in the back as it was for those in the front to hear.
