KFC Lynbrook

The place had no external lights on even though it was nearly 6pm and dark, staff looked very disinterested, it took 4 tries for me to tell the cashier what I wanted, 1 BBQ bacon burger, large chips and a large popcorn chicken how hard is that. Noooooooot happy, will never go there again

Worst Lynbrook KFC store. Shame on you, guys, please shutdown this business ASAP, and go and relax with their home. Don't care about their customers satisfaction.
Chips quality very poor.
Make sure this stores maintain hygiene standards with relevant officers.

My suggestions: Please close permanently or provide good quality food and service. Thanks for understanding guys

Every time we order online we never get what we ordered, tonight instead of chicken strips we got nuggets, the zinger burgers had two little pieces of lettuce chicken wasn't crunchy it was a flat fillet with coating on it was awful No more KFC for us sick of it

Good service, food was made fairly quickly. Wicked wings were slightly undercooked but overall nicely made

Very quick service. They are pretty much fast as compared to M*c*d.which always delay to get the food or they sometimes asked to wait.

Unfortunately this is the closest kfc to me and it really is the worst. I always have to check my order off against the receipt sometimes while sitting in the drive thru, 9/10 something is usually wrong. Also they never bother to salt the chips.

Absolutely awful. Waited in the car park amongst other customers for 25 minutes waiting for chicken. Then watching staff scrambling around the car park with food trying to match orders to customers. Pop corn chicken tasted off.

It was dirty. Everything was tight and everything was put away so there wasn't that many places to sit. The food wasn't the best either. The bathrooms smelt atrocious and it was overall too dirty

The twisters were flat! And pita bread dry!
Zinger burgers looked like they came out of someone’s backside! Purchased today at 12.30pm the owners should loose their franchise. Farkin yuk

Normally wouldn't have reviewed so negatively, but our family are from nz, and we are basically KFC experts.
Dry, and stale tasting - first KFC ever that I wasn't able to finish. OUTRAGEOUS! These people should be locked up

Have the sweetest staff there, always courteous, helpful and always happy to rectify any mistakes or issues w. Orders/ cleanliness.

My fav. Store by far out of all south east Melbourne in my opinion hands down!

Very messy. Almost every table was dirty, the bird poo hasn't been cleaned off the chairs in the outdoor seating for a long time.
The worker who served me was a bit rude, I'm sure she was having a rough day, but I was really polite and smiling to her. I just expect a similar response
When I sat down to eat, a worker came out and had a smoke right where I was eating. The place was labeled with no smoking signs

Without a doubt the worst kfc I have been to in my life. There will always be something wrong with the order whether it’s cold chips, chicken that looks too dark or too light. Wait times are too long for no reason and they have no care for people waiting in drive through. Staff is rude and unpresentable. Place is always dirty. I’m surprised inspections let this place stay in business. Pathetic

Young staff r stupid.i expressly asked for no thighs in a pack with 6 original pieces.what do i get 4 thighs + 2 other pieces.i was the only customer at the time.

Disappointing. Soggy chips and disgustingly oily and overcooked chicken.
I will not buy here ever again.

This KFC is so under staffed and poorly managed. There are 3 young giys working between the front and the drive thru, 2 are doing all the work and one is mucking around joking with the girls that are cooking, he seems oblivious to all the customers that are waiting. 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken then over half hour wait for a 3 piece feed. The drive thru is backed up on to the road and there are 17 people waiting inside for their order. Very poorly managed.

Omg this has to be the worse meal I have ever bought. I’m a great believer that young people should work but management should be responsible for this I will never come back and I will tell not to go to Lynbrook kfc

I rarely go to KFC and now I know why.ordered at 6pm fries, zinger and a twister. The fries looked like they had been sitting there forever, cold and like cardboard. The zinger had a tiny bit of heat left in it but could tell it was old but how wilted the three specs of lettuce were. Twister was probably the best out of a bad bunch, still cold though.

Waited 20 minutes at the drive through and was given cold food, no cutlery or serviettes, the staff there didn't seem to care that the store was busy while they stood around chatting, very disappointed and will go to another store next time

What is it with the major fast food outlets in Hampton Park / Lynbrook that they can stuff up the simplest order. Today I went to this store and ordered 2 items. They got one correct. "The One Box" was missing 3 items in its supposed contents. Can't be bothered going back as I got home and found after I sat down to eat. Not happy Colonel
