I just gone there one time The food was not good and the staff are very rude not respect to the costumers
I never and ever go there anymore

It's kfc don't expect to much its hit or miss I only use the app for the secret menu

The worst of everything from the service to the food when its an hour before closing they serve you left over dry old cold chips. Very rude staff

KFC Lynbrook unfortunately will never be the same, this particular KFC is only around the corner for me and have been going here for a few years. Many times I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I certainly will never come back here again and advise others not to also! Either the chicken isn’t cooked properly or is over cooked, chips are cold or half way filled, I ordered a zinger burger with a large chips. Filled half way again, not very fresh and the zinger burger was not enjoyable at all. Think the bin enjoyed it more then myself, a lot more I could say but I’m sure the reviews here already prove my points.

At the end of the day they obviously couldn’t care to much otherwise I’m sure the state of how they operate would improve and change drastically, if I was the manager of that place I’d start by hiring employees who actually strive to deliver quality food and service for the franchise.

Sure it’s probably not the only KFC but it’s the first one I’ve decided to make a complaint on and I’m not the type of fella to complain very much at all. Hopefully the KFC ends up getting closed down soon and they replace it with a Guzman Y Gomez or Taco Bell.

Honestly if your looking for a quick feed, go to another kfc or go to McDonald’s across the road
Served me dry and hard chicken in my zinger combo. 2-3 bites was enough to make me sick for the 3 hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Drive through not too bad but don't dine in - after you order your food, the wait time is about 20min wait MINIMUM when it's quiet in the restaurant (3-4 other people and waiting for their order).
They always seem short staffed which is sad. Always seem to be running out of certain products like chicken fillets for their burgers and having to use an alternative - if available!
Our family love KFC but try and avoid Lynbrook KFC and make the effort to go to Hallam KFC cause they rarely disappoint.

I came in yesterday had a problem with my order, manager with a manbun came helped me out sorted the problem with an amazing attitude, staff was very nice aswell, felt very welcoming at this kfc.

Worst ever! Do not go there worst food hygiene workers there don’t have any manners and long as wait times

It was poor, has been for some time, I think they should send a CEO or one of the top managers in there to see for themselves, the Colonel Sanders himself wouldn't eat it in fact he would be turning over in his grave if he seen his creation now.chicken is overcooked, oily, dry, nuggets undercooked and like rubber.if I had to rate them 1 out of 10 I would say 2 at the most.

Gave me a raw wicked wing and only offered to cover my meal plus a bit, even though I discarded the rest. I have concerns.

Edit: They gave me some vouchers + refunded my meal, which I'm ok with, but they didn't salt my chips on claim. Sadly I will not be giving this place another chance.

I found that the service was goodas you did nit have to wait long, the food was too hot as I had asked for the original twister not the special as the special was too hot for me as I had to go to Coles and buy ice cream to soothe my mouth, and the atmosphere was good. There is also disabled parking and parking although when you need to go through drive the que is holding up others that need to park their car, This is at Lynbrook Victoria.

Horrifying, surprised I’m not dead from food poisoning. Chicken looked dry, brown and diseased and smelled funky, chips were mediocre, gravy smelled like dirty socks and had a white froth on the top of it, definitely went bad. Honestly just wait for eastlink kfc. Lynbrooke is an absolute joke health inspectors need to shut them down.

We ordered three different meals, all were either missing crucial elements or completely wrong. When I called the team member said that they can re-deliver the correct meal.

Do your self a favour DONT GO THERE. Sour disinterested staff and the chicken was dried out and stringy they never have what you order for example wicked wings or though they let you order it only tell you when they have your meals ready can they substitute it for something else. Missing chips in the box meals.what a waste of the $70we spent and the worst thing is it’s not first time.really bad experience never again.

This place is si dirty inside and outside.i had to wait for half an hour to get 6 pieces of chicken and a large chips, there’s were 10 people waiting and some were saying that half of their lunch break were gone on waiting.

Drive through computer didn't work but the staff still let customers come through drive in and then announce that one has to come inside the KFC to make orders, why not put up signs at drive through that one has to park in the parking area and come inside store to order.customers would decide whether to choose this option or go to the nearest store for their convenience.

If you want good KFC this is a place where they greet you welcomly and even get your food right even if they mess up so.e order where they forget to take out a certain thing out of your order like mine was lettuce the food was still hectic

Poor service, even didn’t attend the customer. I was waiting there for 15 mins they left me unattended. The girl at the counter even didn’t care about the customers waiting to order.

It was very slow paced customer serving and things that could have been prioritised like serving just wasn't. But the food was really good. Even would have been 5 stars if the box hadn't of given way at the bottom, leaving the entire contents on the seat of my car.

You think they would put some more people on so we aren't waiting 10 minutes to order while someone has their back to us the whole time? Mind you this was after waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes and having to come in because my order was incomplete.
