KFC Lynbrook

With fast food, consistency is something you expect. Well, we got consistency. We have been consistently disappointed with this KFC store.
Many times changes to the order were missed, or items not included. For example, this afternoon we ordered some Bacon Lovers Burger boxes, and it did not come with the original recipe! The quality varies, sometimes the food is nice, other times the chicken is nearly as tough as shoe leather. We have ordered here once every week over the last 6 months, and likely won't ordered here again.
The attention to detail is lacking, the food quality is generally average at best. The receipt machine was not working for several months too!
As an ex-KFC employee, I am disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and food quality upheld by this store.
Recommend avoid.
There is a Maccas on the other side of the main road, potentially go there instead!
The only redeeming factor is the staff are generally polite.

Ordered 10 wicked wings, waited 15 mins and when I reached home with the food and open the box, only found 8 pieces instead of 10. Look like very hard to count 10 pieces. Tried to call KFC Lynbook but no one pick them phone. VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

Two zinger boxes, run out chicken wings, only swap one original chicken drumstick and one very mini popcorn chicken.

Got a family burger box 2 times in 2 weeks and both times was given old, cold and yucky chips.and that too half filled! The burgers were made as though they were just pulled out of the bin.and customer service is good though.but never coming back again.

Feels like a waste of money. Incredibly poorly fried chicken that I regret spending my money on for me and my family. Terrible.

I visited 3 times, and I dont recommend the place. Last time I visited, I bought 3 zigger boxes, and noticed there were missing pieces in 2 boxes. Its not nice, as I spent time on the drive through to collect the meals, and realice the food is missing (once you go home when opening the boxes.) And its a waste of time calling them to inform.
Conlusion: paid in full but got half.

Legit some of the worst service you will ever find at a fast food outlet. Staff are extremely incompetent, food is often pretty mid, slow service and the quote on quote workers seem to find chatting with each other more important than serving customers. I don’t go here anymore.

Every time my sister and I go here, our chips have never been salted! Now we will always have to ask for extra salt. It's been like over 6 times and they're never salted! Come on guys, the salt makes the chips

Under the new manager Eric was super helpful with an unresolved issue with previous management. Hopefully the team gets better food and customer handling standards in the future with new leaders.

Food and customer service is decent the prices are reasonable. Well kept and clean store. Show proof of vaccination for indoor dining.

Ordered 9x pieces of originals and 12x wicked wings. Asked if possible to get all thighs for the originals and was told yes but have to wait 15 minutes. Ended up waited for 20 mins. Got home and found out that they gave us 4x pieces of breasts, 2x small pieces of what appears to be somekind random off cuts. They shouldn't asked us to wait if ended up not delivering their promise. We'll be happy if they just tell us upfront that they cannot fulfil the order as per request and we just take whatever they can offer to us. At the end of the day, it is a cheap fast food.but it's just not right lying to your customer. If they have the courage lying like this knowing that the customer eventually find out easily about this later, I can't imagine what they do behind the counter.

I went to the lynbrook kfc and was so discussted with the state of the store and the staff. Omg I don’t do anything like for a review but I felt I needed to. As I walked in the floor was absolutely discussting the benches had left over food scraps on then near the counter. Even the front of the serving counter had grease running down it not to mention the staff member that took my order got it wrong and I said it 3 times to break it down for her I had 3 more of my family with me as well as I live just around the corner from the store. I couldn’t stay inside anymore as it was getting to full off people and not save to be in. As I walk out I saw a staff member sitting in the corner at a table eating lunch I ask is it ok to sit in the restaurant now and eat our lunch he said I don’t know and I don’t care I m eating mine here. Omg. I went to stand outside and I l could see is cigarette buts everywhere both sides of the door way and over towards the delivery bay of the store. It’s just had a new facelift and really doesn’t do it any justification. I got home to open my meal I was really looking forward to to find I got the wrong drink I asked for and she did ask what drink I wanted but no mustn’t be listening. I got two extra pieces of leg chicken and another in my box meal they were fried beyond there life’s and were so small me cat would’ve found any chicken then potatoe and gravy was almost clear and hand no taste. I won’t go any further about my family’s meals as it would take to long. I m sorry for writing so long about this complaint as I don’t ever write a bad or not happy feed backs but I felt I had to write this one today. I have a family member that manages another kfc store and he got %98 review from the boss aka the rock at his store. If he was at this he would close it down and stat again. PLEASE clean up the store as it my local and I want to keep going there but not like this. Andrew priest.

Drive through can’t take orders due to a problem, but come inside to place your order during covid, and no signs in drive through to stay it’s closed or a problem.

I don't know OWNER gonna read it or no. But let me tell you one thing i came to pickup a dilvery order but staff doesn't attend first of all and they discriminate between dilvery drivers and walk-in costumers. Costumer comes 10 mins after me and get his order 10 mins before me how? Time is money for us they don't pay us for waiting i know that's not your problem but have some respect for drivers make order in queue.

I have waited 30 minutes in the drive through! 30 minutes! And i couldnt get out because i was in the drive through with cars behind me. And then I requested 1 drumstick in my box and they told me that they will try thier best but instead gave me a little wing piece. What a joke‍️

Order chicken wings online and at the window they told me they have run out wings so either I can get chicken tenders or 9 chicken pieces instead. Got 9 piece of chicken for same price but chicken pieces were so old and test like they were cooked in old oil. Guess but kids only ate 1 piece of chicken and have to through rest in the bin.

Chips are horrendous. Very soggy and tasteless. The popcorn chicken there is alright, but that's the almost only thing I order. Sometimes you guys miss out on orders. As others have mentioned, your chicken is brown. Why is this a thing?

Disappointing. I had an order for 2 boxes one zinger one original recipe both had the opposite indicator in the wrapper causing us to eat the wrong food (my partner can't have spice) also a request for drumsticks was confirmed in order none were given and other pieces were given instead.

Was OK. They don't like giving out wipes as if it came out of their pays

Not everyone orders 5 pieces to take home to the family and wash up
This is just a pre-lunch snack for some, so wipes are handy in this situation
Apart from the app not working for this store, so I had to repeat my order several times before they realised that I just wanted some succulent OG pieces and no sides or chips

I ordered for a mixed feast asked them to put in 2 drumsticks received none. Felt the chicken was not fresh at all. 3 dipping sauce is part of the pack and I asked for supercharged but they said they have none asked for sweet chillie and I only got 2 sauce aioli and BBQ. Felt like they least paid attention to your order. I'm one of the regular customer here.
