KFC Laverton

It's okay for drive-thru as food is pretty standard and what you'd expect from a fast food joint. My only issue is the cleanliness of this place when you do in fact decide to eat-in. There's serviettes scattered all over the floor and tables not cleaned properly with food crumbs still visibly there. It really does look and feel like they are not accustomed to dine-in customers and operate solely as a drive-thru/take-away place.

I went to Altona Meadows KFC drive through last Wednesday night at about 7pm and was absolutely disgusted by the attitude of who I think was the manager at the time.
There were 6 wicked wings in my order to which I was told their would be a 15 minute wait. I didn’t have time to wait so I opted to swap them for chicken pieces.
When I received my order I queried the fact that I only got 2 pieces of chicken in replace of the 6 wicked wings. The lovely young lady who was serving me opted to get who I can only assume was the manager. I was informed very rudely that 1 piece of chicken is equivalent to 3 wicked wings in price. I explained that as a customer I was unhappy with the outcome as I was told by the lovely young lady at the cashiers window that all pieces would be replaced. I explained that I would have much rather had what I ordered but didn’t have the time to wait and I think all pieces should be replaced.
The said manager then went on to tell me it wasn’t his fault someone had come in and ordered 40 wicked wings to which I replied it also wasn’t my fault. He then stormed off mumbling how he will just waste chicken. When he came back with the rest of my order he told me “don’t worry about it I’ll pay for it” before handing me the chicken and storming off again. I was absolutely disgusted and will never go to this KFC again. So much for customer service!
