Very messy all the tablrs had rubish on them waiting for few min for some one to come from the back and serve thay run out of aioli souce terrible never go there again

Shittiest store ever. Don’t go there, the staff has a big attitude and gave me the wrong order.

Very dirty and the youngsters serving need to pay more attention to customers at the counter instead of chatting away with each other

Chicken wings was soooooo yummy. Gobucket has more fries inside the bucket and only few chicken pieces will be covered on top.

They sell Chicken.lot's of Chicken. And it's fried.in a Kentucky style. Oh and did I mention it's Chicken?

Customer service excellent. Chicken was cold, chips were fresh.we turned up at 9.30pm Friday night

If i could give a rating of zero, I would. Waited over 30 mins JUST for popcorn chicken. Service is disgusting! I finally went inside to ask why it's been taking so long and one of the female staff said that she came out to give it to me. Which she clearly didn't. Then another staff asked for proof of purchase. Really disappointing.

Worse kfc ever! They don't know how to handle pressure. My advice to u is go somewhere else if your hungry. It sad i have to put one start they are lucky there getting one. They don't deserve one star!

Tasty food, good service hygienic and well maintained with huge parking, near by shopping centre.

The staff here don't know how to count? Order 8 PC chicken, got 6 only. The fried chicken is disgusting. Skins falls off, very salty and oily. Manager do nothing? No training? A perfect place for loser and lazy people to work.

Great quality chicken during the day, I must say that their quality has improved over the last 2 months during days. Generally good customer service and good chicken.

Don’t recommend go there.all you have to do wait for 30 mins for one zinger box.never seen lazy staff like there.

Dont bother going to this KFC after 9pm. They never have anything left and the staff need training on customer service especially the managers.

Just had a standard combo meal this afternoon, not difficult to tell that everything was stale except soft drink. Health risk +

Terrible customer service. Bought a few times from drive through and the same girl who served us her name is H***y was very rude. And another thing is we never get our order correct and always missing stuff! I have been living in the area for more than 10 years and always bought from the same KFC, never have any issue. But recently very disappointed with the service. Manager/the owner should review the staff and put correct people to service customers.

The deal I got was 10 pieces with 2,1.25 soft drinks. Instead of the soft drinks due to the sugar content and me having diabetes I requested water the lady serving told me I wasn't allowed a water not even 1 small 500ml drink. Not her fault she's only doing her job, to buy the water individual that would cost me $4.10 extra. Very poor trying push your sugar filled drinks on to customers. K. F. C can get stuffed

Don't go on a public holiday, staff extremely slow. Chips served had NO salt what so ever. No salt packets available. No napkins or straws given out

The most disgusting KFC outlet we ever visited, the chips were soggy, the guy who served us (Ahamed) was doing a sacrifice to us by serving, never gave us paper towels, was very rude and he does not know what a smile was, the outlet was very dirty, I overheard other customers complaining too,

Ordered a family burger box i was told 3 minute wait for fresh chips that's fine no problem. 5 minutes later my order arrived, i drove home to eat and all the chicken nuggets and fillets in the burgers we're hard old and cold and the fresh chips had no salt. This store really needs to lift there game it is appauling.

Worst KFC service i experienced anywhere.

Dirty tables.
Rubbish left on tables.
Counter staff give friend free food and drink.
Paying customer waiting until counter staff done chatting up non paying friend.
The non paying Friend of counter staff attempt to intimidate me when i ask for service.
Id rate 0/5 but can only post 1/5.
Will starve rather than go through nightmare experiences of
