62 Way to many staff an no items that I went there to purchase asked for a 2 Zinger Buger Boxes, no zinger fillets, no zinger wings, no potato an gravy not even gray available, very poor customer service an staff.
Having worked for KFC I found it very poor to run out of most items people would want at 8pm on a Friday worse store I have ever been too in Australia.
Went to Red Rooster instead got what I wanted an only 2 workers on unlike the 10 plus at KFC.
Recent purchase with a set meal - added some pieces of chicken - they took out the tenders. Basic stuff people.
The girl name sandy is literally out of her mind with no ethics of how to serve people around… the slowest person on earth with rude behaviour … I don’t know why kfc keeps this kind of people to serve customers in front… worst ever
The fillet in the Zinger I purchased was not succulent, quite dry. I threw half of it away, I don't live in the area as I was passing through and I normally love KFC. I'll buy in the CBD and surrounds from now on, outer suburban are obviously not as efficient in their cooking.
Most likely they serve fresh on weekends only
Its 9: 35 and they don’t accept online order so when you drive there its 9: 50 and they are closed.really? They must be sued because of non compliance and poor service anf not accepting any order even their signs displayed its opened.
Ate my Chicken zinger burger half way until I bite into something weird.the tag. It's in my burger. Been eating red rooster instead ever since.
I think her name was malak she was very nice and got my order right. God bless her she had the face of an angel
Service is usually good but sometimes they don't listen in the drive-thru when taking the order.
If I could give no stars I would. What a disgrace this store is. They forgot most of our order and when asked to deliver the Manager Fadia said they were too busy and it was not her problem as she did not pack our order. Maybe she needs to be re-trained by KFC management on customer service. Was told ring Menulog and sort it out with them.
Wrong order over and over. Shut it down if you don’t want to serve your customer the right & full order.
Update: Thanks for your reply Rebecca. If I have time to email the info.with the date and time of my visit, and which meal I ordered. I wouldn't go to KFC in the first place.

Online Order paid from the APP guarantees ‘Jump The Queue’ to get your meal.
Placed the order at 11: 22 and drove there immediately to make sure I was at the pick up in time.

Come on KFC you need to up your game! Good customer service goes a long way to please a long time customer.
The last time I went through drive through, it was over a 10 min wait. The time before that they forgot a burger!
Overall it has been a terrible customer experience and I am refusing to go back to Central Avenue until I receive an apology with genuine customer service feels.
Very slow and poor service some of the staffs are rude i wait 45mins to get my original buger to go. Pointcook kfc is much better in service
1 hour before close and this is the contents of a 3 piece feed that has been upsized.
Service was quick, but for 14.50 wasn't expecting such a small meal.

Terrible. Never in my life have I ever tasted burnt oil from KFC. It didn't even taste like KFC chicken. I spoke to the manager and demanded a full refund
If I could give this 0 stars then I would have. I live in the area and have been here roughly 5 times and every time I either get cold chips with no salt, hard burger buns and wrong orders (small instead of large). And to top it all off nothing is ever ready. 5 out of 5 times through the drive through I’ve had to wait in the waiting bays. Hungry jacks just gained a new customer.
The worst, straight to the bin. Cold.raw.yes chips that were raw! Freezing chicken. Thrown away, never go back. Id burn $20 before I visited again. Was some delay in drive through and staff made up backlog with undercooked food. Disgrace.
Drive thru not working, printer not working. And i thought after the refurbishment this place would pickup the standards. Very Disappointed
Went to use the toilet after buying drinks and it was terrifying and disgusting

Nice and clean plus customer service is great and friendly and Im always happy when I receive my order. I recommend Altona as I been to other KFCs and they either run out of chicken or the chicken is too dry
I wasn't overly impressed. I felt the chicken could have been cooked a bit longer but the corn had some weird flavour sprinkled on it. Surely you'd be asked if you wanted that as to my thinking that flavour was totally wrong.
