The worst kfc I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. 40 min wait with no explanation or apology. The chips are absolutely drowned in salt, the food in general is horrible, makes you never want kfc ever again after you have been here

More than half the time, they get the order wrong. The other half of the time, they're out of the basics of their menu (kfc without chicken? It's literally in the name). But they dont tell you they're out of it until after youve ordered and paid. If they tell you it'll be ready in 5 minutes, expect to wait 25 minutes. And when you eventually do get your incorrect order, it's terrible quality.

Always have an issue on this store. Lousy packaging, missing pieces and one in particular rude supervisor. They're even mad if you call their attention.

Really very poor service and had to wait for more than 20 mins for my order.
Ask a guy if its going to be long and after showing how long I have been waiting on the screen, he said " will be ready in 4 mins".
Finally having my order after 24mins, I ask the girl if its ok to have 1 sauce.
She replied " yes it's $0.50"
No value to customers and no even an apology for the long wait.
$0.50 sauce to give a customer is nothing compared to 23 mins wait.
KFC will not closed down for 50cents, always care customer say and if you haven't given a great service, Apologies for it.
Not coming anymore to this store.

Food was great, service was excellent and friendly. Someone needs to clean and clear up the copwebs.

The food is amazing it melts in your mouth come to kfc on mondays to experience greatness food at 6pm

I went through the drive through, placed my order for a family member and paid for the order almost gave me the wrong drink but was corrected.
Must say where the orders are done the floors need to be cleaned constantly, was not clean at all.

Service at front counter was ridiculous as I had to yell out to the girl who was staring into space at the drive through window doing nothing and when she served me she was giving looks like she could not be bothered to even say hello, I hate that type of service,

If you come around between 9: 15pm-9: 30pm, forget about placing an order. They never got any chicken left. This happened number of times now. Instead of it says 10pm close should advertise 9: 30pm. Franchisee should consider the amount of sales he is loosing.

I think you need to run a basic reading course with your training. It can’t be to hard to read what’s on a screen then put those items into a bag can it?

To greasy box fell apart when I got home the bottom of the box was full of grease and the chicken was full of grease unpleasant to eat

My first choice when my stomach needs help and I don’t have enough time to cook! Top quality chicken burgers. I love wicked wings when it comes with coleslaw salad! Great staff!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Was the only customer, still waited at least 10 mins to be served. I could see staff joking around in the kitchen. Dirty floor and tables with not even a single clean one for us to sit. Spoiling the brand name with their disgusting service. Saw an assistant manager doing nothing but looking at me waiting to be served!
Finally got my cold burgers, soggy chips and popcorn chicken! Never going back again!

Very busy store. Not the cleanest inside which could of easily better maintained. At least the food was hot.

Once again issues with kfc laverton.cold old chips.no eating utensils.dont get this with other kfc outlets.also I find the place a little grubby overall.

Poor service, staff standing around laughing and joking while people waited 25 minutes for there orders, staff walking out with food while people waited

That was the worst KFC Chicken, i have ever been served in my life.
Greasy slimy and undercooked.
Don't like it like that.

If Sanders was alive and taste what he created and what KFC chicken taste now specially at this branch (that’s his face after trying it)

Usually don't eat fast food but this KFC had well prepared and delicious twister and zinger stacker. Great service.

We ordered original fillet burger for lunch today and received ZINGER (spicy). Paid 50 cents for slice of cheese which was not in the burger (?) food was warm and edible except we all hate spicy food. The drinks were right
