72Everytime we get drive thru something is wrong with our order. This time we even asked if everything was there and we were assured it was. We get home and two items are missing. How hard is it to make sure everything is in the bag!? I get it happening once but it's literally everytime.
Worstbservis slow and constantly mess orders up
I think the pay the staff less than minimum wage they are that bad
I enjoyed the service but your staff member didn't really have to sing the entire Russian national anthem to me because he thought I looked bored while waiting for my food, made me a bit uncomfortable but overall it was good, 5/5
Bins full, tables not clean, no soap in restrooms.

Priority is put in drive through customers over customers in store. Took half an hour for my order to be completed, ordered 3 large meals and received 3 regular. First bad experience in over 3 years of service.
Ordered a zinger burger mean without a zinger burger. I should have checked before I left.ordered 20 chicken nuggets without anyone sauce.
I asked and paid for extra sauce and got nearly none on my Twister. Don’t charge me if your not going to add extra
Lol my wife just got back with the zinger stacker meal, when i opened it it was just to zinger fillets with a bit of bacon and cheese in the middle did you guys run out of bread or something?
Bought a large 3 piece box but I was very disappointed with the 3 tiny pieces of chicken total spend 28.00 of food
There was a very unpleasant smell in the store. I asked the young girl why but she did not seem to care. The chicken was also quite bad too. I will never eat in this store again.
One of the most cleanest and hygienic KFC stores I’ve been to. Food is always fresh and packed nicely in the wrappers unlike other stores that just don’t care about it. Staff is always friendly and food taste great. Will attend attend more often. Keep it up
