Just a normal KFC but there’s a Freemasons hall across the road from it and I saw a guy walking in hahaha

Ordered kfc through Menulog last night they forgot my drink and I had the worst case of food poisoning afterwards in my life do not order from this kfc.

I was on the PHONE WITH THIS DOGS and they told us to go to hell because we told them that we found some plastic in our zinger! And this is terrible and sue told me to die

I had ordered a zinger box through uber eats and there was no lettuce in that and chips and the burger was very cold. I had a bite and then realised that there is no lettuce in that. Plz dont order from this place
Hi i have got a burger feast today, i dont understand whats wrong with you guys i just opened the box and found there is no sauce in it, and still dint unwrap my burgers. This place is not at all recommended.

Chips were suppose to be fresh tho it was 5 mins after opening it wasnt, i ask for extra salt didnt get it, the spicy strips in the zinger box was disgusting it was filled with jellowy fat, zinger burger and potato and gravey was only decent thing in the box im not impressed to be honest when ya got young kids running the restaurant they dont care about the quality controll

Lachlan was very kind and helped us decide what we want! Food is like every kfc good to see the big wings back. I still dream of the 10 wings for $10!

I went through drive thru and bought 21 pieces.

Got home and saw 6 pieces were very SMALL - look at picture! It's more like the 6 pieces was 2 pieces.so I guess I bought 17 pieces of chicken!

And they looked VERY dark, either because they were in the warmer for a long time or the oil was not changed for awhile.

The picture only shows 5 small pieces BUT I found a 6th one and couldn't be bothered taking another pic.

They didn’t put ANY flavour on our chips. Instead they covered them in this awful floury powder. I don’t know what it was! I think they got the salt confused with something else in the store. We tried to ring to let them know but no one answered. We had to throw away all the chips and I was really looking forward to them.

Sorry to say but the level of service is not great and neither is the good.
Placed like Dubai and India and Malaysia all have Hot and Spicy chicken and Australia doesn't.
They all have spicy or chilli fries, Australia doesn't n they all have much better created burgers with alot more lettuce and sauce in it, and Australia doesn't. It's a shame especially in Melbourne, Australia's gourmet food hub, that we have basic horrible tasting KFC. Really they need to do something about this.

Wow - we haven’t tasted as good a KFC meal for years. Not only was the chicken cooked to perfection and chips hot, crunchy and well seasoned but the quality was far better than any KFCs we have recently tried.
Well done team! We hope this isn’t a one off as we’ll be frequenting KFC Heidelberg as our go to.

Went there to pick up customers delivery, says it closes in 5 min so won't do the order, cancelled it, you have 5 min to do the orde, yet you cancel it, unprofessional, stop wasting peoples time, I can be somewhere else doing other delivery

I finish work quite late most nights and I'm always fighting a craving for KFC but the store doesn't stay open late enough at night so most nights I just drive through the empty drive through and pretend to order my popcorn chicken and potatoes and gravy.

Aside from traffic along the main road, this is really conveniently located. Service was great, and staff were very friendly and polite.

Meal deals are over priced. Hamburgers are small, also the chips come in very small bags. Perfect for a child, but not an adult. Not worth the money I spent.

They just chuck random things in the paper bag leaving liquid spilling all over the place.nasty people.

The place was neat and clean. The staff was young, energetic and super friendly.

Whilst they often make a fine chook, I can’t fathom their sometimes poor customer service. We went in to dine the other night to treat ourselves to some finger licking good. I ordered an Ultimate Box with an Original Recipe Burger. I asked the cashier (yes an odd request), if they could put a “thin” fillet of chicken in the burger - something which all they had to do was ask the person out the back to do. I continued to say if they could just choose out a “thinner” piece, rather than a “thicker” piece (not personal preference, it’s medical). She acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about and called the manager - Lachlan. After explaining the same to him, he came on strong and loud, persisting that all the chicken fillets were the same thickness. Now, I know that’s a lie because I’ve personally had different levels of thickness in my chicken burger fillets. I pleaded with him just to ask the person making the burger to choose out a “thinner” than usual piece - no big deal I had thought. But he insisted that “all chicken is the same and that I “got what I got”. Well, I was just flabbergasted. The customer service needs to improve and they need to be a little nicer to someone who is adverse to thick chooks.

What has happened to KFC? Ordered a regular twister combo. Twisters are smaller, and chips have been downsized to these tiny paper bags instead of the regular box. What a ripoff

Whilst the staff were helpful getting home to munch on dried out and soggy chips killed it. Burger was good but please keep your chips fresh for goodness sake and dont try and palm off 3 hr old fries!

I ordered 6 pieces of traditional chicken on 18/04. Two pieces were wings- should not be considered as pieces and the remaining 4 pieces were dry and tough. Very disappointing and will not buy again.
