KFC Heidelberg

So many times I have ordered an original bacon and cheese combo and been given a zinger. I don't like spicy food.
I don't ask for much from fast food places, but it's painful when you politely try to confirm that it will be original and NOT a zinger, and then it's still wrong when you get home. I don't like to check through everything and hold people up behind me, but I'm going to start.

Consistently provides great KFC, way better than the KFC in Greensborough, there is always some problem with that KFC.

Had an urge for KFC and got the family pack/feast this evening. Friendly staff, perfect chips and chicken but in the 10 pieces of chicken, x8 were drumsticks. Come on KFC, provide some variety please. Incidentally, drumsticks are our least favoured cut of chicken.

This is literally my favourite KFC. Service is immaculate and the staff always gets our order right

Had a great customer service experience at this store. The team were attentive and friendly. Emma was super professional.

Your typical KFC. Always the same quality food which is good. Always a wait at this one though, without fail. Sometimes 10 minutes. But then, nuggets!

My daughter ordered food and waited hours we called the restaurant and they said it would be delivered in the next 10 minutes. We didn't receive the food or anything this restaurant is bad service disgusting

This KFC is alright but is inconsistent. Sometimes the food is really good and other times it's bad but I have noticed some improvement in consistency and quality lately. Generally good service.

Very tight drive through so no trailers please. Good quick service and always accurate. Northbound traffic can get in and out quickly, southbound is dangerous given busy Lower Heidelberg Road and impatient drivers.

Terribly slow! & SLOWLY serving staff 9n a break before customers who have stood there, in front of them, for 10 minutes!

Ordered a zinger burger and it was completely un edible. Clearly had been sitting in the heat chute for around an hour. Tough as can be. You would think in times like this where they may not be getting as many customers, they would make food somewhat fresh and to order. Terrible

How could anyone do Chicken and chips so poorly. Way way too much salt on the chips and as for the star of the meal the chicken it must have been cooked twice to be that dry.lets not mention the missing potato and gravy. Never again.

Had a chicken wrap the other day here, place is well clean and open, service was ok and wrap was great

Sold me a salad and no untesils to eat it with (claimed no fork or spoons) changed it ok hence 4 stars

Best fried piece! Not burned not thick! Crispy and juicy! I asked for thights, they gave me all thights! The best KFC, i have ever been!

The food and staff are OK, but the place is dirty, tables have leftovers of salads, food and souces, and the toilets are disgusting!

Hygiene 1 out of 10 food was cold its not a KFC that I would go back to again customer service is slow.

Good KFC. Never had an order issue with them, service is gucci too. AND THE CHIPS ARE SALTED. Yeah I know, KFC chips never come salted but from here they do (at least from the two times I've ordered them they have).

I don't often eat KFC, but my granddaughter was feeling hungry, so we got a family box for $26.95. This included two zingers, two hamburgers, two large chips, plus chicken nuggets & chicken popcorn. The establishment was very clean & well maintained. Due to the time, it wasn't very busy, and was open till midnight.
