Great service from the poor woman working at front of house without any assistance seemed like she was still training. Sad to see in this industry. Back of house staff not caring about the customers at the front and just chatting applying no assistance in getting orders done in a timely manner 5/5 for the trainee at front of house thursday 8: 20pm. The rest of them poor management and teamwork 1/5

I ordered Zinger Box and look what I got. When I asked for receipt, they said the printer is not working and I asked for fries instead of potato gravy but I didn't get fries.

NOT HAPPY The drive through is TERRIBLE they always leave out items and they never answer the phone TERRIBLE service!

After a long time I had a good meal from Heidelberg kfc

When I go to KFC drive through I specifically ask them to not put my large chips in the zinger box because I order that too, but I have gone every Friday for 6 weeks and they never listen. Also, with my chips they are so on and off. One week they have good chips with chicken salt and then the next week they have no salt at all and are soggy. I get really annoyed.

Always missing something ，they won’t double check if the order complete or not before hand it to customers! Wont be back anymore

Well it is fast food. That being said for me it does beat other fast food chains in terms of taste and generally it tastes decent. However today my twister didn't taste quite as good. Will change review if it tastes better next time.

8/10 times they WILL make a mistake on your order no matter how simple your order is. So double-triple check everything before leaving. The will not even ask you "why are you checking? ". They are used to it by now.

Ordered home delivery through the KFC app.

4x 6 packs of nuggets, 10 nuggets, 3 crispy strips.
NO SAUCES CAME WITH IT.

The staff are really bad at counting numbers, ordered 10 pieces of wicked wings and only give me 8

I have never had a zinger box in my life, until I stepped foot into Heidelberg Kfc, got served by a nice lady named Milly who was super friendly. The chicken was so succulent 100% recommend for chicken lovers

Service is good and fast, friendly as well as size of chicken piece is very good it's different then other kfc's I loved it.

Manager i thought was a little rude when asked to change something.
The food was cold.
No more KFC for a while unless compensated.

It happened to me twice at this place ordered the family meals to pick up, once get home the 1st time potato gravy was left out the 2nd time chicken nuggets was left out. I could not be bother to drive back and ask fir it. Management should train staffs to check order properly.

OMG! When will KFC Heidelberg get it right? Every time they'd leave one item out of my order, every time! About 6 months ago, I thought they did the right thing when the "manager" of this outlet contacted me to discuss this and another issue I endured. The promises of improvements, etc were made, but alas I see none.

The latest episode today, was that they left out the main item I liked, wicked wings. On the phone to lodge my complaint about the missing item, they did the 'expected'; apologise, said the amount of the wicked wings would be credited to my account, and promises of more improvements with new management team, etc, etc. Empty promises are valueless to the paying customer.

Whilst I was sitting in my car waiting for my order to be ready (I was the ONLY car in the queue) there were at least 3 employees chatting away. You'd think one of them (a team leader perhaps?) would check the bag against the order.

My account has yet to be credited with the amount paid for the wicked wings today.

I have not heard back from KFC again even though I contacted them about missing items each time.

Do better KFC Australia or is it just the Heidelberg outlet? Or good riddance!

Supposed to be open till 12am. 10: 45pm and they’re closed. Kinda defeates the purpose of your illuminated sign when I drive there.

The customer service was pretty good and the wait time was minimal. The chicken definitely was't very fresh though, very greasy and dry like it had been sitting there a while.

A welcome snack, the hot rod promo. The only suggestion is to put it in a different box. It was too small and the food was jammed tight in the box, the chicken pieces were at the bottom of the box & a little soggy, 1 piece had a skewer in it which was a surprise as it wasn't immediately visible, so beware of that when you bite down. The food looked un appealing & infers they don't care about the food. That aside it tasted like KFC & I enjoyed my snack.

Tried to order a pickup online, unfortunately the website didn't work correctly. Went in store to order a large meal (guests coming over), and the store was very understanding. They said there would be a 10minute wait, but offered a drink as a good will gesture. (Obviously, the website is out of their hands)
