73I ordered my food I went to the 2 window I tried to order something else one of the staff said if you had the exact money then okay you can place the order and then a girl comes and said you can't order from here she was really disrespectful they have really poor customer service. 7: 45pm. 17/02/2019
Prob the worst experience i had.a/c not working.it was bad enough eating in it let alone the poor staff having to work in it.the twister i ordered was horrible and felt sick shortly after.terrible!
Food is fresh if you go around lunch time and dinner time. I have gone in between those times and food tastes old. But once i figured that out i just go at lunch time when i am near Hallam. Regardless it is much better than the one in Pakenham.
The cashier Alicia is very rude. She gave hostile look and aggresive tone. Dissapointment of a human being!
Waiting time was too long. I had to go back 3 times due to missing items in my order. Not a good thing!
They always forget the sauce, and I always get cut cause man's hyped for that supercharged sauce but it's never there, food is still good tho.

Bad customer service. I just drove through to get some food after a hard working day. But seen nasty cashier in drive through I was about to hit her face.
Food from here is often served very quickly. Particularly in the drive-thru. Never had a poor experience here. Within walking distance from many businesses.
Sometimes can be a pain to drive out of during peak traffic.
Order not served right, and that seems to be a common issue in that branch! Staff seemed not to care and lacking customer service skills.
Food was fine, however i was extremely put off by the filth inside, floors were dirty everywhere, tables full of rubbish. I advised one of the girls to wipe my table and she barely wiped it having chemical left over on my table and after that i couldn't even eat my food properly. The staff need to learn how to clean tables, floors and remove rubbish from tables! I wont be back after this experience.disgusting atmosphere to be around!
Absolutely unless! Can't get an order right to save there lives and terrible dryed out chicken!
