KFC Hallam

Ordered a catering order 24 hours in advance, arranged a time for pick up, got there to pick up at said time, still had to wait 45 mins and food was HORRIBLE! Cold soggy chips, no Coleslaw (part of the Giant Feast) and wraps thrown together and horrid! Not good enough!

It's not worth it. I keep going back but they still get the order wrong constaly or it's tastes like it's been sitting there for 4 hours.

Ordered a 6 piece pack of original. Opened it tonight to find 6 wings & 2 drum sticks, all as dry as a chip and as hard as a rock. In the bin. Thanks KFC Hallam.

Made a quick stop to get a pepper mayo slider, it was disgusting. Old and shrivelled up and drenched with pepper mayo sauce with barely any lettice, come on giys there is 3 ingredients in it and you stuff up 2

Ordered just before dinner rush yesterday around 4.30pm, waited 20 mins for a Family feast meal. Only had one team member serving at the front with no sense of urgency. Drumstick and thigh pieces were very dry, sauce was forgotten in my meal. You’d think if you’re waiting over 20 mins for an order, you’d think you’ll receive an apology for the wait time. A customer who’d order after me came back as the pieces of chicken he requested were not on his meal. The team member asked if he has touched his chicken, the customer responded saying he took a bite of one of the pieces but it touched the other pieces in his meal. The team used the same tongs to remove the unwanted chicken pieces and placed the requested drumstick pieces in and proceed to grab nuggets from my meal with the same tongs. Absolutely appalling to see there wasn’t any common sense of cross contamination. I would not recommend KFC Hallam.

Hey, I just ordered 2 sliders. One with extra mayo and extra BBQ sauce. Could hear the workers talking about me in the back.they’ve also flooded my slider with sauce like, it was literally drowning. The meat was soggy thats how much sauce they used. I advise you correct your immature staff team or you’ll continue to have horrible reviews because of your morning-afternoon staff. I didn’t eat the slider because it was just falling apart.didn’t taste good at all. Don’t eat here

Drive through system down so had to go into the store. Service was appalling. Young girls more interesting in gossiping and playing with each others hair while customers wait for food.

It was a drive through experience. Every time we have ordered from kfc Hallam no doubt you have to double check your order. I ordered a zinger meal and when I took my 2nd bite I realised there was a Dereto chip in there and when I finally opened the wrap it was full of chips. ‍️‍️‍️ omg this place can’t get any worse. It’s actually embarrassing. It’s a very simple job and even that can’t be done correctly.

Chicken was dry.while eating young kid was sweeping under my feet.also dragging chairs out across the floor.was so loud and annoying.

Went in to get a credit order as the first order we got was totally wrong.
Ordered at 6: 40p.m. Was told they were out of chicken & it would be a 20 minute wait.
We waited 40 minutes for our food, in the time we were there almost every single customer was unhappy & walked out. They had complaints of burnt unediable food, uncooked chicken & the staff were touching their noses & faces then handling the food without washing their hands.
When we got the food home the burgers tasted like they put hand sanitiser in them, & caused my husbands throat to burn.
We will never go back, this place should be shut down.

Tonight was absolutely terrible.
The service of these kids is awful. It is not their fault. Management need to do a better job of training these teenagers on customer service better, and how to deal to it. A simple, I’m sorry to start with goes a long way for customers. (The islander boy needs to teach everyone what customer service is all about as he is the only one that gives excellent service). Had not only me but other customers waiting in drive thru for about 20-25 min to then be told drive thru system wasn’t working.
So myself and 4 other cars behind me ended inside. To then wait in the queue, to no answer from anyone, but to watch 2 of them try to get their system working, whilst there was other workers just standing there. How about letting customers that are waiting to order that the system is down and could not take any orders, but there was none of this. Very poor execution. And I’m surprised this KFC is still open. Management need to do a better job.

Always rude drab ask them a question and they don’t reply as they are meant to be “serving you”, but seem to do anything than that! Perhaps maybe 3 good workers in that whole store who are polite and do their actual effing job! Food is sub par unseasoned and most times cold or semi warm. Never asked if you want any extra things even though now you pay triple the price for this low grade trash service and food. What ever happened to condiments, napkins and moist wipes utensils provided etc? We may be in a recession now but this has been for the better part of 5 years and either way you’re charged triple the price for a meal that may have cost you $7 only last year! This doesn’t just apply to hallam alone! It’s every KFC!

I bought large potato gravy tonight it was very white, not thick and brown as it used to be. Very very watery. Disappointed.

Terrible food, dirty tables, floor and toilet had rubbish in it. Waited 15 minutes for cold chicken and the staff were not interested at all. How can a KFC be run so appallingly?

Extremely poor customer service, young girl serving carrying an attitude of don’t know what. Food absolutely stale, no quality of food at all

It was not so much a bad experience it was mediocre. But to be fair ALL KFC restaurants have lowered their standards, they are nothing like they used to be and the food is also slipping. They really need to improve.

New Years Day 2023 you would think that the managers would know that this would be a busy day/evening?
Seriously I went through the drive thru then had to come in to the store to wait at least 30 Minutes because they ran out of ORIGINAL CHICKEN! ‍️

Zinger box, for one I thought it had winked wings. I got 3 hot dry, I think tenders. The sandwich was ok but I was looking forward to toe winked wings not VERY dry tenders.

We had several items missing and food was cold and not what we ordered, tried to ring the store no answer, no help from menulog either will not use either again extremely disappointed

When I asked for extra pepper Mayo on my sliders they did not disappoint first kfc to do it right
