KFC Hallam

Probably the worst service I’ve ever come across, ordered a 21 pcs bucket and only provided with 16 pcs. When inquired the stores responded telling us to come back and they will have the remaining ready. However when we approached the store they were ready to close, we also made sure to be there 30mins before the closing time as mentioned on the phone call. The store refused to give the remainder. Thereafter the manager offered a store credit and informed to produce the name to the store within 30days to collect the 21 bucket. When approaching the store 7 days after this scenario, the manager was so clueless and said we don’t have enough proof to provide the food. Which was very inconvenient. Looks like the store doesn’t really care about what’s going on. It’s not about free food or what not, but the service. We paid for the food initially and the mistake was made by the store. Utterly disappointed with this store and how the manager reacted to this.

Ordered 10 wings only 7 in the box and its not cooked well.
Will not come this shop again.

This was very disappointing and discussing. They had no gravy for the 5th time the burger was soggy and the chicken wings task and spelt really weird

Hot and spicy?
Absolutely horrible. Ordered a 21 piece bucket as usually I buy once in a blu moon when hot and spicy comes out

Never open on time, be there at 11am.door still locked, was told still need to wait 20mins.and all the staff just standing there talking.is it so hard to open on time?

First of all the service is horrible, people shouting over eachother, it was crazy in there
And the chicken it the most disgusting thing i have ever laid my EYES on, and the taste, it was so burned, drenched in oil cannot eat a piece

I took my toddler to have lunch today. Table were wiped but u can see the the wipe marks. Self serve sceen omg dont feel like touching it even. Hand marks on the tiles and inside bins all spills. Zero stars for cleaness.

By far the worst KFC I've been to.
The building is nice and new but the inside is absolutely filthy with the floors looking like they have never been mopped. Chips weren't salted the first time I went there, second time I asked for extra salt and there was still borderline no salt.
Chicken was pretty meh too.
Bins unemptied and overflowing (inside the building making it even worse)
Clean the store and put more effort into the food. Not that hard

Bit of bird, Usually good, somtimes they miss things like supercharged sauce on burgers etc.

Kitchen floor is filthy, but I suppose they don't cook on the floor:)

Friday afternoon, obviously under staff'd.they ran out of potato and gravy which we didnt know at time of ordering and then i got a basic burger when i ordered and paid for the better bbq bacon burger.

I'm guessing the staff don't know how to operate the cookers, oily greasy and very dry old chicken served up. Ended up in the bin, went to Maccas instead. Staff rude and not focused. Time head office removed owner's license. Must be doing immense harm to brand.

Ordered a Zinger stacker meal and legitimately only got a large chips. I don't understand how the staff here are so dumb.

KFC at Hallam is always the worst one I ever try in Victoria. Even after the renovation, the quality is still the same and worse! The chickens is always soggy and wet, flooded with oil in the box, chicken skin is always detached or missing from the chicken. Please improve the quality of your foods.

Love Kentucky Chicken but the business could do with more staff as has quite a wait for my order which was off the main board so nothing fancy

Terrible Service
Waited inline for 10 mins wasn't even acknowledged. It was busy but KFC no customer service I ended up walking out because there is other fast food establishments that would happily take my money.

Today I ordered a 15 pack of wicked wings and a large colsaw and I was given two of every dipping sauce for free, best experience ever I love this location and staff

KFC have changed your chicken nuggets recipe? Got the 24 nuggets for $10 deal, and they didn't have the best taste, tasted a tad burnt and dry, instead of asking which flavour dipping sauce was preferred you put bbq sauce in.left a bad taste in my mouth.guess we won't be having kfc any time in the future.

Ordered original tender box, and they must have pulled chicken tenders out of a old burger/wrap and gave it to me as they had random sauce and salad stuck to them when I opened up the box. The pieces were old and dried up so who knows what adventures those bits of chicken went on before it got to me. Not the first time I've had issues with this store aswell.

Order:
Two go buckets, both half full.
Zinger burger, dry.
Popcorn leg, scraps and cold 2/3 full.
There's a word called pride.
I recommend that Hallam KFC look it up!

Nothing other than popcorn chicken and chips available at 8.55pm beyond a laugh, excuse was no flower this store seems to have alot of trouble several months back ordered at 9pm and got told no bacon,
Hungry Jacks next door was flat out and still managed to get people out in a timely manner and have there menu

Luckly other kfc are opening in the area hopefully not same franchisee if so please speak to your management team and get things sorted
