Why is there always stuff missing?

It's easy.
Follow the order.
Put it in a box.
Pass it to the customer.

Not the greatest. Had a credit for a meal and somehow it expired after 4 weeks when I wasn't told that it expired initially.

Been here a few times and each time I was disappointed. Only ever came here for the sheer convenience. I'd much rather go to a location 10kms away than be back here.

Takeaway order was returned limp cold chips even though requested hot, pieces of chicken were so small & the look of them was terrible, I wouldn't feed them to a dog, not to mention the place never looks clean, will never order from here again

So disappointed. Requested 6 pieces of chicken, drumsticks please. NOT ONE.
Didn’t realise until got home.
I know, real world problems however could have at least been one!

Would recommend anyone to buy a sandwich from Hallam KFC. They take more to time to bring you food and the food stinks.

If there is a half star, I will choose it.
Order online, checked in from Drive-thru at 6: 37pm, asked to wait in the car park for 10 mins, now it's 7: 31pm already, still haven't got my order ready.

Fresh, delish. Was worried after reading so many bad reviews but I had a positive experience. Can't remember staff but food was great. I mean, as it should be really.

I was the only one in the shop, 5 girls were out the back just social chatting, i waited 9mins to get my meal and the chips were cold, i requested when ordering can I please get extra salt on the chips, it was on the docket but you guessed it no fkn salt at all, very poor kfc

I was always wondering why this KFC is not busy. Went to Jacks drive through but the line was long and thought to try KFC. Placed my order and the wings is not available. Burger taste spicy. Sunkist instead of Fanta. No Straw given. Workers having fun playing. Serious management problem is the reason.

Health department would love to see it
The floors and walls are disgusting
The toilets are dreadfully dirty disgusting also
Seats and tables need a major clean also no COVID apps to sight in
Would I go back no bloody way

Good, quick service. Mabe because we had a late lunch. Still can't eat in because of COVID19, but car was comfortable and lots of parking.

Really is one of the worst KFCs I have ever been to. Horrible service. Horrible quality of food, chicken missing half of its skin, miniature chicken drumsticks and thighs, ridiculously dry chicken. Avoid if possible. Drive up the road to the next one.

Box covered in oil and didn't bother putting it in a paper bag. Grease all over my seat. Thanks.

Usually I'm not one to complaint but I ordered the 2 original twisters with a meal, but the lattice and all other salad stuff was very much cold, after that I drive the car through drive-thru and told them about the cold condition of originals twisters but they said me that if you want we can make it again but the new one would also be cold and that was the thing that i don't liked about this KFC.

I went thru drive thru, did not see the speaker and drove past it. The guy at counter simply refused to take my order and asked me to drive thru again. Plus its not a long queue either. Kfc seriously? I have been buying kfc near home for so long. This kfc simply unreasonable.

Worst service, unprofessional manager and staff, manager and staff need more training.cold chips, Food Not fresh, don’t come this KFC again.

I ordered family feast from KFC hallam, and instead of coleslaw and potato gravy, I changed for 2 boxes of dinner rolls (4 each) And they kept only one box of dinner roll. Instead of 10 pieces of chicken, there were only 9 pieces. Very tired of going back to KFC hallam to report on this. Couple of times now. Last time when I went to complaint for the giant feast pack there wasn't nuggets in the pack, when I went back, they gave the nuggets and a large chips as compliment. They keep doing it every time, so here after will not go to KFC hallam. Thank you so much. Period

The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry. We had take away with potato and gravy and only our fingers to eat it with. Every thing in the box meal was cold and over cooked. And no serviettes. Never again too many chances already

Best singer stacker ever! The only reasons I miss working in the area is for this store and for the pizza store right near it. That pizza store has changed now but I sure hope this KFC hasn't because it was amazing. No other KFC compares. Still remember all the faces even though they have probably all changed.
