I'm sorry for the 2 stars. Every time I order a big family variety meal, I tell them what I want. I drive 9ks home only to find out I didn't get what I asked for, some things are missing and It really frustrating. I think if the customer ask for what they want, they should get, after all they are paying for it. I don't go there anymore.
Staff are very slow at service. I stood for 3 minutes because they were busy chatting about the weekends activities.
Also been twice now and they had ran out of chicken?
Horrendous. Dry tastleless chicken, no cutlery or serviettes, forgot half my order and extremely rude. This store is ruining the brand.
Never cleans its store! How do I know this? Left my jacket there and came back 24hrs later to find it in the same place with the same rubbish from the previous days and more food fallen on top of it. Now I have to burn it!
Very, very, very slow to fill orders, missed items in order. Food is cold at times. Will not order at this store again until improvements are made.
Now with the KFC app, ordering and picking up are so much easier.
Driving thru on Friday night was time consuming. There were quite a wait, but I think they handled the orders fairly quickly. The chicken were hot and good.
