KFC Ferntree Gully

The dining room was a disgrace it was dirty and needed cleaning. Young staff members out back chatting instead of cleaning up.

Friendly customer service, quick service, everything one would expect from a fast food chain.

The worst KFC I’ve ever been to.
They didn’t give me any aioli sauce (supposed to get 4) and they also overcharged me. I asked for 4 aioli when I ordered at the speaker and she told me “You get 4 anyway” and then at the window when she handed me the bag, I asked the girl “Are the aioli’s in there? ” She said “Yes”.
I was charged $74.10. Who can afford this much for takeaway these days?

Best KFC franchise I have eaten at. Paid a compliment to the young staff when I was leaving to let them know what a good job they were doing.

This kfc is a joke, we ordered thu the app, and when we got home half our food was missing all the nuggets for the kids not there. I can't believe they can't put the food you order and PAY for in the bag.we rang up, and all they said was mistakes happen, Well they shouldn't, now the kids have no food, We will never be going back there.

This place is amazing for after working up an appetite heading down with your bf or gf have having an afternoon snack. Nothing cannot beat this place. Always craving the original recipe burger with fries and drink! Literally the one of the best meals you you'd get, always brings back childhood memories and plenty of memories to come!

Although the wrap i was after wasn't available, there were other yummy choices. Not sure why on last two visits we never received any serviettes or spoon for eating potato and gravy with. It just meant we had to eat at home rather than in the car. Otherwise everything was great!

I went to kfc at lunch time today and the zinger box i got today was the best i have ever had in my lifetime and thats saying a lot cause i have one every week on god no cap

Went there tonight and 2 girls one with braces and one with blonde hair both at front counter where so rude after we ordered our food they went and started whispering and laughing about us and side eyeing us multiple time when our food came the girl didn’t even crack a smile she just throw the food at us if I could give it 0 stars I would they clearly need more training and it’s not the first time this has happened

Seems they turn their phone off during busy hours so they don’t have to get complaints via the phone so I’ll leave a average review. Didn’t get coleslaw $4.50 pocketed by KFC. How many times a day does that happen, all adds up, seems to be the same everywhere these days.

Went here last night Thursday 04/08/2022 at around 6.30pm and waiting to be served about 5 mins with no acknowledgement at all.when I was finally served I ordered a "Mixed Feast" was was informed by the young girl that there was a wait of 7 mins on chicken and that they weren't sure if they could fill there order.it was like what.you sell chicken and have no idea as to if you can fill an order or not. I said no probs and left without ordering anything. I won't be going back to KFC any time soon.

Made an order, which was missing a go bucket, the manager replaced with 2 go buckets.
Very helpful and nice to replace 2 for 1.

Frequently slow drive through (only one lane, needs more), very frequently makes order mistakes - but they are usually resolved well. Makes chicken, fried, whats not to like.

Food was good the place just seemed dirty and unorganised. Over flowing rubbish dirty floors and sinks full of dishes in the food preparation area

I asked for a Big Mac in a small meal and they just started arguing with me for no reason. The managers seriously need to sharpen the hospitality of the staff, I had to throw my drink at one of them because they thought (for some reason) that asking me to leave was ok. The people who eat here are just as much to blame, I had to push over this elderly lady after she threatened to call the police, even though all I had done was order food. It's genuinely disgusting how the crew members think it's ok to play with the customers like this, and shame on the people who go along with it.

Oil in the fryer was old which means it burns the coating which gave the Hot and Spicy a terrible unsavoury flavour. Dont cut corners guys. Pick up your game. Not a happy customer.

Georgia was amazing on drive through today! She helped me decide what i wanted and new the menu very well! Gold star

I sent my partner to the drive through at Ferntree Gully to get a 10 piece pack I told her to remind them to put at least a couple of breast pieces as it's the only piece I eat, not only did they ignore her but they put 8 wings, 1 drumstick and 1 thigh of overcooked soggy chicken dripping with grease, we will never go back there again disgraceful service.
If I could rate our experience with KFC FERNTREE GULLY lower I would absolute ripped off.

Got given the wrong burger and then berated for "ordering wrong" even after showing my receipt. Won't be returning. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed with their service. Preordered through app and picking up in store and waited actually 30 MINS for the chicken. MADNESS! Everyone at the drive thru got served and even people in store after us.
