KFC Ferntree Gully

Bought Dinner Box today and got home, the amount of pieces were less than the amount was supposed to be. Most of the pieces I received were wings.terrible and I am not happy. Long way to travel otherwise I'll go back to return it.: (

This is the second time I’ve had items I’ve paid for via Menulog but have not received from the Ferntree Gully KFC, the first time they didn’t send my burger and this time they didn’t send my chicken tenders.
When I rang the store directly the first time the staff were beyond rude and condescending.
Obviously they think it’s okay to steal from customers by not providing food ordered and paid for so steer clear unless you have no other choice.

When I arrived in the shop, I noticed all the staff members are not wearing any masks. Unfriendly and rude. The food was horrible, cold, looked old or burn (re-heated or re-fried), chips looked horrible and oily. We all got sick after we ate your chicken. Never ever go to Ferntree Gully KFC.

They don't always put all the items of the order in the bag at the drive through, stay there and check the bag before you drive off, as calling later to complain receives no response.

U r still one of my favourite. But your chicken r getting smaller & sometime food is too salty. Please don't cut the quality.p. S. I love Australian chicken.

Dropped by after be day at the park with another family. Bought the Giant feast that comes with a big bottle of drink when asking for cups to share since we were dinning in outside the cashier said they have to charge $1 for an empty cup, fine. I paid. Then discovered they did not have us the dips that is included. Went in to ask the cashier wanted to see my online app receipt. Ok. If they just gave what I ordered that will be good. Personal experience of the poor service in this outlet true to the reviews. Check your order before leaving this store.

The food was good, but I was worried about the environment!
The staff should not talking when picking and packing the food!
They just kept talking, talking, and talking.
It might be their rotate time, but just keep talking, talking.talking.

Staff were friendly, although I ordered a zinger burger and I received an almost cold, dry burger so I took it back and got a replacement which was wrong. Later that day I checked my bank account and realised that I had been charged twice when they told me my payment got declined the first time due to a system error, so I attempted again meaning I paid double for my meal.

Very polite and great friendly customer service its wonderful to be welcomed with a smile on friday 24/04/2020 at 12pm thanks for being kind.

The food was fresh and hot, the service was fast, the venue clean, there was a shortage of mash potato and gravy, otherwise quite satisfactory

I simply ordered my food and picked it up from the drive through.

What lost its star from being just an average franchise is that their specials require ordering through an app rather than over the counter. That is a severe discrimination as I wish to pay with legal tender and not through my bank or credit card.

Food is what you would expect from KFC but this particular store is terrible for leaving things out of your drive through orders. I'd estimate that 3 out of 4 orders I've made at the drive-thru have something missing. Check your order before you leave!

Can’t even get the most simplest of orders correct.always forgot sauce they charge you for young kids that work there obviously are completely hopeless and have no idea.happens every single time

On 16/3/19 at around 9: 45pm my sister and I came through drive thru after ordering online and although there was a wait on our food the staff were really nice and even added an extra large chips and a tender to our meal so we'd just like to say a big thank you! As an employee from fast food myself, it was nice to see good customer service.

Just got a Giant feast tonight for my son's birthday and we received 3 large fries that were only half full! I was very disappointed so I called the store to complain and all I got from Tom was that's the portion size! I said ok so half full chip boxes are your portion size? Terrible! I will not be coming here again, nor will my family and friends. Disgraceful considering I paid $42 for the meal.

Best chicken strips! Not overcooked, very juicy! I wish I could score them 5 stars but they actually forgot the dipping sauce.

Drive thru is not that great. Even though ask them twice. Most of them come home with half orders. Which is very frustating

Air con was more like a heater. It was cooler outside. Tiny pieces of chicken that resembled bantam pieces. All take and no give, Go Maccas anytime

My favourite KFC. Super fast drive through, as well as very comfortable and clean dine in experience. Toilets available. Lots of free parking available.
